Most men find it difficult to express their emotions, especially when it comes to their male friends. Even if they share a close bond, they might find it difficult to say how they feel out loud. Some folks set out to break this narrative and urge multiple men to call their friends and simply say "Love you, bro." Their reactions were both priceless and heartwarming. The video was shared by the page @sheisnotyourrehab1 on TikTok, and many people related to the reactions the men received from their friends and how powerful a simple sentence could feel.

The video begins with the men calling their male best friends. The first person asked their friend what they were up to and came to know that the friend had been sick all week. "I can't talk for long. I am doing some work, bro. I was thinking about you and I just thought I'd ring up and say, Love you, bro," he told them. The person on the other side asked, "Is it just for some comfort from last night's game?" The man laughed before their friend added, "I love you too, bro." The next person called his cousin, who immediately laughed when he said, 'Love you, bro.' Another person said the same thing to a friend, who jokingly replied, 'That's gay,' before adding, 'I love you too.' Most people were taken aback for a moment before they reciprocated the love.

The caption of the video read, "The power of 'Love U, bro'. I have genuinely loved many men and told them countless times throughout my barber career. Men from all different backgrounds, ethnicities and cultures from me. As they share their stories and hearts, I seek to understand and find the similarities between us. Some men I have agreed with, some I have disagreed with, I’ve laughed with some, argued with others... But I've always done my best to look for the sacred in him and SPEAK to the sacred in him until the sacred in him remembers just who he really is."

"When I see HIM, I can always say genuinely: ‘Love U Bro,'" caption continued. "It can be powerful, awkward, healing, uncomfortable, inviting, connecting and liberating all in these magical three words, because when they are spoken directly to the sacred place within each man, love really does work miracles. Thank you to each of these beautiful men, whom I adore, who stepped up willingly when I randomly asked them, 'Can you please ring a man in your life that you care about and tell them LOVE U BRO?' These mixed reactions are priceless." People took to the comments section of the video to appreciate the gesture.

@grayarea2022 commented, "This really hit home. After my last relationship, I no longer had anyone that I could make this call. I'm sure I'm not alone. To all in the same situation, I love you, bro." @zephurosnoto wrote, "I haven't spoken to my younger brother for five years since our father passed. After watching this, I contacted my bro and told him I love you, bro. It was hard to talk as we both got emotional. Thank you, GB." @jay.b0ngz remarked, "This makes me tear up a lot. Cause stigma is real for men and we don’t really get these calls like this even once a year. Love yous all my brothers."
