Meet Thunder and Saint Leo, Usain Bolt and partner Kasi Bennett's adorable newborn twin sons

In an Instagram post uploaded on Father's Day this Sunday, record-breaking Jamaican track star Usain Bolt shared an adorable update with his fans. He announced the birth of his newborn twin sons by posting a family photo. In the picture, Bolt is seated next to his partner Kasi Bennett, their daughter Olympia Lightning Bolt is sitting right in front of them, and the newborn twins are on either side of their oldest child. Although the post did not mention when exactly the twins were born, the Olympic gold medalist did share their names: Thunder and Saint Leo Bolt, CNN reports.

Thunder is, evidently, a play on words. On the other hand, Saint Leo is Bolt's middle name. Of course, the internet had a field day with the newborn twins' names. Many commented on how they enjoyed the athlete's commitment to having fun with his children's names. One Twitter user wrote, "Listen, when your name is Bolt and you’re the fastest man alive, the universe is telling you to do all the cool things with the baby names." Other social media users fawned over the adorable family photo, particularly because the announcement was shared on Father's Day. One user on Instagram commented, "Such a stunning photo... Fantastic family, all the best for you all."

Others, still, were curious about the newly spotted ring on Bennett's finger. She shared three of her own posts on Instagram, all of which were images and videos from the same photo shoot. She captioned one of her posts: "Happy Father’s Day to my forever love! Bolt, you are the rock of this family and the greatest daddy to our little ones. We love you world without end!" Bennett and Bolt have been longtime partners and welcomed their first child in May 2020. However, if they are now married (or engaged), they were not ready to reveal the details just yet.

In the past, Bolt has been private about his family life. It was only in 2016 that the fastest runner in the world revealed he was in a longtime relationship with someone. "I’m not going to tell you who she is," he said in an interview with The Telegraph. "I want to keep it small for now, because I know when it gets out there’s going to be a lot of things to say, and I told her she can’t handle it. Because I’ve been through the media. I understand how you guys are." Bolt and Bennett are a private couple, but for now, we're just glad we got to see their adorable newborn twin sons.
