The long-standing feud between Matt Damon and Jimmy Kimmel dates back to season three of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” in 2005 when Kimmel made a joke at the end of a show about Damon, an A-list celebrity who would never be cut for time. Soon, “I want to apologize to Matt Damon, we ran out of time” became a recurring bit on the show. And from the looks of it, Damon still holds a grudge against Kimmel and has no plans to end his long-standing feud, as he called the late-night host a “bad” person at the premiere of his new movie, “Air.” According to Entertainment Tonight, Damon spoke with ET's Kevin Frazier about his rivalry with the late-night talk show host at the Regency Village Theatre in West Hollywood on March 27.

When asked if he would ever consider putting the bad blood behind him and moving on, Damon said, "No, no, he's an a**hole. Why would I ever do that?" "He's a terrible human being," Damon stressed. "He's a demonstrably bad man." Kimmel, who has long kept up the hilarious pretense with his longtime friend, walked the carpet behind him, and Damon took the opportunity and subtly dissed the late-night host. "Hey! I'd love to take a picture with you but we ran out of time!" Damon yelled to Kimmel, mocking the ongoing gag on "Jimmy Kimmel Live." In response, Kimmel told ET, "You know, I don't know who that was, but yeah, I heard him. He was loud."

Kimmel also says that Damon was most definitely "the cocaine bear" at this year's Oscars, the man inside the infamous bear costume, despite Damon's denial of this outrageous claim. "Did he say he wasn't the bear?" asked Kimmel. "He was the bear." "And totally full of cocaine," the comedian added. When asked if they would consider reconciling, Kimmel said, "I just can't imagine it happening. I really can't. I think we have Ben Affleck on tomorrow, so we'll have that, but that will be as close as we get." Their feud was again reignited as Affleck appeared on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" to promote his latest movie, “Air.” During the interview, Affleck convinced Kimmel to allow Damon to come onto the show via a video chat to answer one question about the movie from his co-star and best friend.

“This is a gift to Ben and J.Lo, not to you,” Kimmel told Damon after Affleck dialed his phone number and the co-star suddenly appeared on the screen to answer a question about how he played real people onscreen, as opposed to fictional characters, reported The Hollywood Reporter. “What’s up, everybody? I’m on the show! Zoom style!” said a proud Damon.  But no sooner did the Hollywood star start explaining his acting philosophy, and the screen pixelated and eventually froze. “Oh, no. Looks like we’re having a problem with the Wi-Fi,” a deadpan Kimmel said. When the connection was back, the "The Martian" actor had pop art filter effects on his face. “Wait, is something wrong?” Damon said, before asking if Kimmel had put filters on the screen.

“I’m so sick and tired of dealing with your bulls***!” a furious Damon said before turning into an animated swaying hot dog and reappearing with a Lion King-like mane on his angry face. “Was that even a real question? Why don’t you take your little question and your little show and shove it up your big hairy ass!” Damon screamed before the video call disconnected and Kimmel apologized to his audience, saying, “I apologize for the profanity, he is out of control!”
