Those in relationships often look for meaningful ways to express love for their partners. Stories like these not only inspire but also set couple goals, reminding us how small, thoughtful actions can make a big difference. Recently, fitness influencer Gina Amin—who goes by @workoutwithginaa on TikTok—shared how her boyfriend ensures she doesn’t skip meals despite her busy, workaholic routine.

In her TikTok video, Amin’s boyfriend can be seen sorting prepped meal boxes from a large carry bag. This thoughtful routine has become a daily ritual for the couple. Each morning, her partner organizes the meals before heading to work, ensuring she has everything she needs to stay nourished throughout her busy day. Meanwhile, Amin focuses on creating social media content, showcasing a balance in their partnership that works seamlessly.

“My boyfriend ordering from a meal prep company before his work trip because he thinks I won’t eat, lmao,” the text overlay on the five-second video read. Additionally, Amin’s partner seemed completely focused on his approach, sending out a powerful message for young couples to follow. It was reportedly not the first time Amin’s boyfriend did something special for her. “It has not been the only time we got meals from a meal prep company when I have been home alone,” Amin said in her interview with Newsweek. Her boyfriend intended to keep food available in large quantities, assuming it might be needed throughout the day. Due to her hectic schedule, she rarely finds time to prepare her meals.

“My boyfriend likes to stock these up in the fridge anytime he is not home because he knows I can be busy and not have time to cook,” added Amin, lauding her partner’s efforts in their relationship. In fact, the boyfriend keeps track of the nutritional content of the food sourced from a local vendor. Among the variety of meals ordered, she told the outlet that she mostly enjoyed jerk chicken dishes, chicken parmesan and ground beef stir fry.

Moreover, through his approach to their relationship, Amin’s partner has inspired many on social media by raising the standards. His deep-rooted understanding of her career is setting the right couple goals, with their clip clocking 3.5 million views and 231.7K likes. Among the countless reactions, @monicasanchez_ observed, “He looks stressed out leaving you even.” “May this type of love find me immediately,” @miranda.g2500 hoped. “My boyfriend recently went on a four-day work trip. During his absence, I survived on frozen dumplings with eggs. Now, he ensures I have pre-prepared meals or easy-to-cook food,” @schildishgambino echoed the sentiment. “I wouldn’t know how to act if someone showed this level of concern for my wellbeing,” joked @valentine21379.
