The text overlay of the video read, "Power move to stop worrying." Friedrichs added, "You are going to really like this one. You're going to feel it." She explained, "Worrying is feeding your problem. It is like literally watering a garden." When a person worries they water a garden they want their veggies to come from, she clarified. She drew a picture of a garden of carrots. Friedrichs called this the "worry garden." She drew a stick figure to represent a person and pointed out, "This is you worrying and your worrying is feeding this. And then the universe is like, 'Oh, do you want to water the garden? I will totally water it with you.'" It leads to a lot of worrying.

"Here's how to stop it. I call this, I give the f up, you do it method," the manifestation expert began. "Step one, I want you to look up at the universe, take a deep breath in and declare, I give up and take three breaths in." When the person declares that they are giving up, "You are going to picture the universe pouring pure, beautiful pink love onto you." The person would chant I give up and receive beautiful energy from the universe in return. "After you do this, you're gonna look up, breathe in and say, everything is okay," Friedrichs shared. "Then you're going to actively look around and appreciate with your heart where you are." Step three is, "With your mind's eye, I want you to picture the world as you wish." The woman called it the most important part of the method.

"So picture yourself sitting there with a calm heart and a swagger and a peaceful and knowing being really proud," she expressed. "Picture yourself surrounded by this amazing pink, loving energy doing all the work." Friedrichs mentioned, "You are sitting there feeling really good." The last step is, "You are going to say, this is it and it is beautiful and hold this energy for 30 seconds." The expert encouraged people to start practicing the method instead of just learning about it. The video received over 10k views and more than 700 likes. People took to the comments section of the video to appreciate the method.
