It's an age-old routine for husbands to be constantly wondering how to have their wives decide where to eat. To solve this issue, a husband came up with an ingenious hack that might save many husbands out there time and energy. Janie Ippolito and her husband often post videos on TikTok that speak about the reality of being married. Recently, Ippolito's husband thought he found the ultimate solution to make his wife quickly decide where to eat, but a hilarious twist unfolded.

As the couple was sitting in their car ready to go out for lunch along with their kid, the husband said, "Babe. Guess where I'm taking you for lunch today." The wife had no clue initially and so the husband hinted, "You've been talking about it for weeks." That's when the wife had a realization and she exclaimed in excitement, "The new Pad Thai place?" Proud of himself that he had cracked the code, the husband lifted up his collar. Also, he went along with the wife's excitement saying, "Dude. How did you know?" The wife rambled on about how enthusiastic she was to go there and how happy she was that her husband "listened" to her.

The husband made it seem as though he picked up his wife's cues about the place she wanted to eat. Just when we start to get impressed by his astute hack, things take an amusing turn. The wife asked the husband if he knew the location of the place and that was when he started to fumble. "You said you were surprising me. What's the name of the Pad Thai place?" the wife asked and the husband struggled to get words out of his mouth. Ippolito finally revealed that she knew about this hack and that her husband was trying to trick her. Turns out, there was no new Pad Thai place and she was just bluffing. "You do not listen to a word I say because I never even talked about a Pad Thai place," she fired back. 

Though the life hack seemed to be quite effective, it didn't work out in this husband's case. The video garnered over 4m million views and people couldn't help but feel sorry for the husband. "Bro cracked the code in the beginning though. Definitely using this," said @monreal_007. "Just let him take you there and not question this Master of a man. He wins life," remarked @ranger0434. All it took was one memory foam mattress with a giant hole cut out in the middle to fit in the wife's pregnant belly. This video impressed the internet and the husband's brilliant idea was patented too.
