As the real estate photographer saw that the car was about to get a ticket, he ran across the street and called out, "Boss!" The officer asked, "Is this yours?" as he pointed towards the car. Hami affirmed that the car was his. "Just on time," the officer stated and started walking away. The man said a quick thank you as he stood beside the car waiting for the officer to leave the street. Eventually, he turned the camera towards himself and expressed, "Man, I got you."

The 27-year-old told Newsweek he was pleased with what he did and was glad he could help someone on his street. Hami captioned the video, "Saving a stranger from getting a parking ticket." He said, "I moved my car because of street sweeping at the time, and as I was walking back to my apartment, I saw the car that looked like it was about to get a ticket." The man added, "I knew it would affect the owner if they got one, so I rushed to the ticket officer and told him that it was my car, and he moved on to the next cars."

The car had to be moved for the street to get cleaned. If someone doesn't move their car on time, they can get a parking ticket ranging from $40 to $65 as per the outlet. The creator shared that he didn't know the car's owner personally but he knew that it was someone who lived on his street. After the video received an overwhelming response from people Hami decided to go check on the car again in another video. He saw that the car was still at the same spot and noticed that it had a missing tire. So, he left his number on the hood of the car for the owner as he wanted to help him out.
