Many employees with difficult managers and bosses have much to say to them, but they can't utter anything on their faces due to them being senior and people of power. To provide a solution, the comedian, Calimar White–who goes by @calimar_whit3 on TikTok–shared that he would do such things on the employee's behalf. The best part is that the employee gets to be anonymous. White has a website called OCDA, which stands for Occupational Cares Diversity Affairs, where a person can file complaints about the employer and the company would address the same. The entire thing, however, is an elaborate ruse created by the comedian. Nonetheless, it is so believable that it's hard to accept that it could be fake.

White calls himself "Agent Ratliff" as an alter ego who carries out the company's affair with an actual form for complaints on its website, which charges a $5.99 complaint submission fee. In one of the videos, White explained to a man, supposedly an interviewer, what his company does. "What does your company do and how was it formed?" the man asked. "OCDA is an acronym for Occupational Cares Diversity Affairs. And what we do is, people go to my website and they file a complaint about their boss or their supervisor, anything like that." He added, "We show up to the job and we cuss their a** out." White went on, "Everything you want to say to your boss that you can't say, y'all contact us, go to our website."

He assured people, "We will show up and will say everything you want us to say verbatim." Also, White emphasized how the complaints were completely anonymous. "It's totally anonymous, but I say everything verbatim so you can curse through your complaints. I am going to curse anyway," the video concluded. The caption read, "Real company, real complaints." Which also happens to be OCDA's tagline on its website.

In another video, during a podcast with Big Facts Pods (@bigfactspod on TikTok), White revealed everything about his "real company" and the things he has had to face to keep up with his skit. "I got locked up two days after a person hit me up to hang out with them," he disclosed. "I think comedy is more dangerous than rap," White expressed. He once got arrested by the FBI during one of the times he went to a company to cuss people out. He ended up staying in jail for almost a month. They even had weapons on them and pulled him aside. "Y'all do know that I am a comedian, right?" White questioned. People expressed their thoughts in the comment section.

@christianbrezeale4 wrote, "Your mouth is the biggest gift God gave you. It should be common sense, but it's not so common. Understand your gifts. Just because everyone has it doesn't mean they know how to use it." @zariatallie commented, "Not them taking you to jail for cussing out people. I didn't know that was a crime." @edlove59 remarked, "He went to jail because he had OSHA as part of the name, so people thought he was really from OSHA." Now, White has clarified through his TikTok bio that he is not affiliated with OSHA.
