Man left speechless as sister surprises him with special 45-minute documentary about him for his birthday

The film featured interviews she had secretly conducted with his closest friends and family members.

The touching video quickly went viral, amassing over seven million views and leaving viewers in awe of the sister's thoughtful effort.
