Man gifts his wife one cherry blossom tree as a symbol of their eternal love: 'A lifetime legacy'

Similarly, this husband's timeless birthday gift to his wife has captured the hearts of millions worldwide. A woman named Kate Keogh—who goes by @kate_keo on TikTok—shared a video of her dad gifting her mom a Japanese cherry blossom and it shows how much they love each other and enjoy being together.

The video begins with the overlay text, "My 78-year-old dad surprised my mum with a Japanese cherry blossom for her 73rd birthday today. He said it's a symbol of our love blossoming more every year." He brings her to the backyard and says, "Here's my present, Happy Birthday." Then holds her hand and takes her to the tree. His wife couldn't believe it and repeatedly said, "You weren't joking, Joe." He tells Jane, "Yes, I wasn't" and they keep walking toward the tree holding each other's arms. As they reach the tree, she exclaims, "Oh my God." She reads the pamphlet on the tree which reads, "Japanese flowering cherry tree" and goes, "You are kidding me. Oh, thank you, Joe." She then kisses him and hugs him looking extremely happy. The video concludes with her saying, "I love you."
