Man claims that millennials are aging way better than Gen X and the internet agrees

The way different generations are developing has drastically changed over the years. Lifestyle, environment and several other factors have caused a change in the growth spectrum of humans. This has had its share of pros and cons but Chris Bautista shared a video with the idea that millennials are aging better than Gen X and defended his opinion with thrilling reasons. “Millennials look fantastic for our age and you cannot tell us otherwise,” he said. Bautista stated a fact saying, “The reason why you feel we don’t look good is because we have set a new standard for our age,” The man went on to confidently cite examples to prove his point.

Bautista revealed that he is 37 years old and is soon to be 38 and added examples of “what it looked like” to be his age back when he was young. Sharing examples of actors from eminent TV shows and films, Bautista made quite the impression. He first shared the picture of Ed O’Neill from the popular sitcom “Married…with Children,” where his character Al Bundy was 39 years old and seemed to look far more advanced in years. Next up, he shared the picture of the character George Costanza at 31 years old, played by Jason Alexander in the series “Seinfeld.”

With yet another example bursting through, Bautista shared the picture of the entire cast of “Cheers,” a sitcom from 1982. Every character mentioned by the millennial was between 20 and 40 years of age and looked way older. “I’m older than every single one of these in the photo,” the man pointed out. “I’m a decade older than Kelsey Grammar,” he added. He hilariously pointed towards then 35-year-old John Ratzenberger and remarked, “If I pulled up to your house with him and said this is my grandpa… I’m 37, he's 35, I’m older than him,” he exclaimed.

However, with the vast difference between Bautista and the actors, one had to go by the man’s words. Each of the examples shared by Bautista had distinctive fine lines and wrinkles, receded hairlines, aged skin with texture and more. Many of these factors caused the actors to look like they were well over 10 years older than their actual ages, whereas Bautista looked otherwise. Sharing another striking example of Homer Simpson from “The Simpsons," Bautista pointed out that he and the character were of the same age and yet looked nowhere close.

“So if you see a millennial go, ‘Oh we look so much younger,’ it's because the differences between us and you are much closer than us and them,” he said. The man concluded by acknowledging that Gen Z does look younger because they are younger but the millennials have “set a new standard of aging.” Several millennials joined forces in the comments section to hilariously agree with their fine aging process. @fckyestevan joked, “It’s because we millennials used the St. Ives Peach scrub exfoliating wash to achieve eternal youth.” @zadieco10 remarked, “It’s because we are full of preservatives.” @veronicaalessandra wrote, “Millennials look amazing. I’m 35 and look 24.” @lalaphoto said, “I’m 38 and people always think I’m in my 20s. I’ll agree to that!”
