In a second, Dalla turned emotional, living her dream-come-true moment.

People move mountains to pull off a perfect proposal because the gesture not only marks a new beginning but also highlights the bond that the couple shares. Myllena Dalla (@myllenadalla) was lucky enough to experience a similarly heartwarming gesture, all thanks to her fiancé. Well, the man didn't book a traditionally 'special' spot, but an entire museum to ask Dalla the most important question: Will you marry me? Their proposal was extra special because Dalla's boyfriend was mindful enough to include a special artwork that he felt was synonymous with the bond they shared. Dalla posted the video on December 3, and it has over a million views on her account.

The man pretended to pose in front of an artwork depicting love, but suddenly, he knelt in front of his lady love and pulled out a ring from his pocket. Dalla immediately realized what was happening, and she couldn't stop smiling. The excitement was clearly visible on her face, and in a second, she turned emotional, living her dream-come-true moment. Dalla said 'yes,' and she also knelt beside her partner while still in disbelief. The beautiful couple hugged each other, hoping for a great future together. "Let’s start with forever," she wrote in the caption. More than anything else, it was Dalla's boyfriend's efforts that left the netizens overwhelmed.
Gone are the days when proposals used to be simple celebrations; now, couples go out of their way to plan a perfect moment for the day. From venues to decorations to hiring secret photographers, people do everything to make proposals memorable. A survey by YouGov found that most (75%) Americans prefer simple and private marriage proposals. In fact, only 7% prefer elaborate ones. The survey also revealed that 70% of Americans say private proposals are better, while 8% choose public proposals. Now, while it's a completely personal choice, Dalla's proposal seems to have struck a perfect balance. The gesture was obviously grand because it's not every day that you see a man booking an entire museum to propose. However, Dalla's partner tried to keep the event private, and the couple uploaded it on social media after their proposal.
The dreamy proposal went viral on Instagram, with people widely appreciating the man for taking so much effort to make his lady feel special. For instance, @family_jewelzzz commented, "This is beautiful. I’ve come across this painting before on Instagram and fell in love. It reminded me of my person and me each time." @paulyjocelyn wrote, "I love how he's holding his arm, probably because he's shaking. Congratulations!"

Similarly, @zu_l3yka said, "Men in love are my favorite thing. Do you see how much thought they put into things? It’s truly magical! Art!" @tianomuno commented, "And the two of them stayed kneeling. It's incredible; this is truly art, no doubt!" Overwhelmed by the proposal, @babyd0llxo said, "Oh my gosh, they pretty much recreated the art. I love this so much I shed a few tears, whatever though."
