By all means, we can call the Super Bowl the event of the year. It had everything from a closely contested game to the Taylor-Jason saga. Despite the jam-packed nature of the event, Usher's much-awaited halftime performance managed to shine bright. The performance evoked the pure joy that Usher is known for in abundance. The 13-minute performance included appearances from Alicia Keys, H.E.R., Ludacris and Lil Jon. The success of the performance was evident on the faces of fans like Monica Grave's father. Grave—who goes by @queenmofromdown20 on TikTok—showed how her father's excitement gets elevated on another level when Ludacris entered the stage.

The video features the father sitting in front of the TV, enjoying Usher's performance. He seems to be enjoying himself to the fullest while dancing on the seat, clapping and going with the rhythm, but his demeanor changed entirely when Ludacris entered. He just jumped off the seat like a bolt of lightning. The song "Yeah!" was playing in the background while he was just dancing out of his mind. His moves were better than that of many dancers on the stage. It seems to be a regular occurrence at the house as a woman, most probably his wife, did not flinch twice, seeing him dance as she made her way to the room.

It seems obvious that the man is a huge fan of the singer as he screams "Luda" many times throughout the performance. He continues to dance like no one is watching when the camera goes out. It is not the first time the man has broken into dance routines on this song. After seeing such a massive reaction to his dancing video, the daughter posted a follow-up video in which, two years ago, he was grooving to the same song. The man had the same energy and joy in his moves and it is safe to say that age has not made even a slight dent in his dancing skills.

The comment section fell in love with the father's energy. Even Usher chimed in and wrote, "Energy!!!!" @zainakwa commented how this was everyone's feelings when Luda came on stage, "Why was this everybody's mood when Luda came on." @nunnluv06 noted how the woman was nonchalant about everything and went about her business, "Mama said I don't want to hear nothing about your knees hurting."

The R&B superstar made the performance a "once in a lifetime" experience for his fans. Before the show, he shared with AP, his feelings about the opportunity. "Don't take the moments for granted because you only get 13 of them," referring to the usually allotted 13-minute run time. "The hardest part is trying to figure out how to squeeze it all in when you have a large catalog or a lot of records people celebrate and love." "Yeah!" was performed on stage by Ludacris, Lil John and Usher. The song was one of the biggest hits that the artists have produced in their career. On its release in 2004, the song maintained the topmost position on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart for three months.
