Lucky daughter-in-law singing praises of her thoughtful mother-in-law warms hearts online

Katie Nessel (@soberishmom), a Seattle-based motherhood influencer and fitness enthusiast, recently made a sweet video lauding her kind-hearted mother-in-law. The video gained over 3.8 million views in a month and people cannot handle the duo's adorable relationship.

The short video showed a candid moment Nessel shared with her mother-in-law, Marcy, who was getting into the car with a coffee for her daughter-in-law. "I'll never know hating your mother-in-law because I have a Marcy. Marcy knows my favorite coffee order, sends me notes about what an amazing mom I am, shows up for my kids in a big way and never takes sides," the text overlay read. Marcy's personality would be a dream for many women around the world and this lucky daughter-in-law took the chance to sing praises of her. "Every girl deserves a Marcy," she added. "Shout out to all the Mothers-in-Law that show up for their kids and grandkids in a big way," Nessel mentioned in the caption.

The comment section was filled with love and adoration for their wholesome relationship. "I have a Judy. She cooks and cleans when she visits and loves my kids as her own. She stayed with us for two months after having my twins and helped us so much," said @hello_jaimie. "You are very blessed. Please cherish her in your life. Not all of us get to experience a Marcy. This heart-touching exchange between the mother-in-law and the daughter-in-law warmed many hearts.

Nessel's appreciation of her wonderful mother-in-law didn't end there. She posted another video dedicated to Marcy and it's hilarious. The video shows Nessel on her knees pulling her mother-in-law's hand as she was about to leave home. "Your mother-in-law has been in town taking care of your kids, cleaning, cooking, bringing you Starbucks every day for the past week and now she's trying to fly back home," the text overlay read. As Nessel was trying to stop her from leaving, the mother-in-law couldn't hold back her laughter.
