Little daughter's hilarious note to mom who just started working from home has the internet in stitches

Kids, at times, come up with the most unfiltered and humorous remarks and this 7-year-old's note is a prime example of it.

While working from home is a dream for many, it is almost a nightmare for the parents, especially when their kids are too young and pine for constant entertainment. In such a case, focusing on work becomes nerve-wracking. Many parents, particularly moms, resort to the internet to share their guilt trip over not spending time with their kids. But this mom, u/makeupisthedevil, shared on Reddit how her 7-year-old daughter feels about her working from home and it is an absolute laugh riot. With a note with just five words, the little girl cracked up her mom and people were amused by her brutal honesty.

The mom wrote in her post, "Just started working from home. My 7-year-old is brutal." She shared the picture of her little girl's handwritten note that said, "You s**k at your job." Just those five words and nothing else. The kid was not even old enough to understand her mom's job role, but somehow, she could put forward such an honest judgment. One cannot be sure if that unfiltered comment was because she was mad at her mom for not entertaining her or because the little one actually knew that her mom was not good at her job. Either way, the brutally honest remark got everyone laughing.

This post became widely popular with more than 31,000 upvotes and 1.4K comments. People joked about how the little girl gave "manager' vibes." "I think you've got a slam dunk case for HR here," commented u/Revolutionary-Swan77. u/seth928 wanted to check if the child's opinion was actually true by asking, "Are they right though?" the mom responded, saying, "It's day two and I'm trying my best." Suggesting a hilarious solution for the mom to deal with the brutal little "co-worker," u/Xanthus179 commented, "Tomorrow you should 'accidentally' eat their lunch from the break room fridge."

Apart from the fun-filled comments, the mom also noticed hundreds of criticisms over the note's authenticity. Many were so sure that this note wasn't written by a 7-year-old because the handwriting and the spacing between the words were nearly perfect. People suspected this post to be a fake one and pointed out that it didn't deserve the attention it received. To shut down all those criticisms, the mom posted the link to a video of her daughter penning down the note again.

In the follow-up video, the mom told the daughter, "Alright. Go ahead and write the note again." The 7-year-old started writing the same 5 words, "You s**k at your job," on a new blank sticky note. It was evident that the little one had no help from her mom in writing that snarky note. "People don't believe how good her handwriting is, so I made this a video," the mom captioned the video. This time, people rallied around the mom to point out the disbelief among many who didn't understand that some kids had decent handwriting too. Eventually, what matters the most is the child's sense of humor about her mom working from home and how the mom took it in a light-hearted way.
