Savy Jane O'Malley has reshared the video on her Instagram profile as well, where more netizens lauded the little boy for his lively nature and zest for life. In the viral video, we can see Lochlan, who is one of the twin sons of O'Malley, walking towards his friends at school. He is dressed in blue academic regalia as he moves forward on his own with unsteady steps. The little boy at times takes support from the guard rails to aid him with his movements but he seems determined to catch up to his peers.

The overlay text on the video reads as follows: "When you have a baby (or 2) at 24 weeks, you quickly learn that nothing in life is guaranteed. So when you get to watch your child breathe for the first time or say their first word or walk in their preschool graduation, you truly get the privilege of seeing each milestone for what it is. A gift that we were never entitled to in the first place." At the end of the video, O'Malley has inserted a picture of her twin boys embracing each other.

However, this isn't the first time the adorable O'Malley twins have gone viral on the internet. Back in 2022, the mother of the twins shared a video of Lochlan taking steps to walk into his brother's arms for the first time all by himself. The previous video, which was reposted on Twitter by @GoodNewsCorres1, had melted the hearts of countless netizens as well. According to the video, Lex is healthy and a perfectly normal kid but Lochlan has cerebral palsy. His condition is due to the twins being born prematurely. Lex received intervention early on which helped him to lead a normal life.

However, Lochlan wasn't lucky enough and he developed cerebral palsy which affects his muscle control. As netizens showered their positive opinions in the comments section of the video, @faith14820 wrote: "This made me cry! This gives me so much hope for my boy! You and your kids are an inspiration!" @moeecakeee shared a personal story in the comment which read: "I’m crying. My twin boys were born at 26 weeks and I think most parents take milestones for granted meanwhile they’re everything to us." According to cerebralpalsy.org, about 764,000 children and adults are currently affected by this condition and about 500,000 children under the age of 18 have cerebral palsy. But we can all agree that Lochlan's courage and determination to keep moving forward despite having physical restrictions is commendable indeed.
