We all know Lady Gaga as a terrific actress and one of the best singers around but sometimes people skip over her little acts of kindness which make her even more than what she seems to be. On her Joanne World Tour performance in Philadelphia in 2018, she fulfilled the wish of a 12-year-old child when she invited him up on stage to join her in singing "Edge of Glory." In the Tiktok video, Gaga sits him down next to him saying, "You're that one good reason for me to stick around. You know that Owen? You know how much I love you?" The crowd cheers in unison and Gaga tells everyone, "He is family around here. Everyone in this room loves you."

The crowd in harmony with Gaga and Owen melts in with the beautiful sound of the piano while Gaga begins singing melodiously. She gives Owen a gentle kiss as he looks around with his little head peeking over the piano. She went on tell everyone that Owen has a rare form of autism. Fans went 'gaga' over Lady Gaga's thoughtful gesture when she gives him her hat as a gift and says, "This is for you baby." And at the end, she concludes by saying, "We all have to be very protective of one another, and pay attention."  On account of this sweet exchange, his mom, Jennifer Collins shared a post on Facebook which has been deleted now, to shed some light on her son's condition.

The post, according to Gohakka read, “Owen has been diagnosed with a couple of rare conditions, with Dravet Syndrome being the most challenging,” Collins wrote, “It is a rare, catastrophic and lifelong form of epilepsy that has many issues associated with it." The post continued, "He suffers from prolonged, frequent seizures, behavioral and developmental delays, and chronic infections. Owen also has Dysgenesis of the Corpus Callosum, an abnormality of the brain structure (basically the communication between the left and right sides of the brain is not formed completely and it limits the 2 sides from talking with each other). He is greatly affected by seizures, clumsiness, delay in developmental milestones, and sensitivity to sensory cues. Owen’s medical conditions still have so many unanswered questions and we are determined to get answers. Even though Owen is considered nonverbal, he understands everything you say and is very smart.”

She went on noting, "Owen has been one of Lady Gaga’s little monsters since he was 4 years old with his favorite songs of hers being, 'Born this Way,' 'Just Dance' 'Poker Face' and 'Paparazzi.' As his mom, I have learned that Owen uses Lady Gaga’s music as his voice or outlet. From Owen wanting me to wear my make-up like Lady Gaga (YES, there are YouTube tutorials on how to wear your make-up like her) to signing Lady Gaga’s biography book out continuously at the school library, to watching and listening to her on YouTube, his devotion to her has been unwavering." Gaga's talent is undeniably unmatched but her kindness has no match either. From literally squatting down on the floor to help fix Sza's dress at the Grammys and letting her dog walker live in her house after he was attacked, Gaga is an advocate of mental health as well.

It was not too long ago when Gaga disclosed a partnership with Jack.org, which provides a free online course in mental health. The goal of the training is to empower young people to give assistance and initiate conversations about mental health with others. "I hear from young people around the world every day that need the validation, affirmation, and support the Be There Certificate offers," Gaga says in a statement from PEOPLE. "Sharing this resource with each of those young people and the world means everything to me and I share it as a way to remind myself and everyone else that we each have a role to play in being there for each other."
