Kids come up with the wholesome responses when asked 'Who is the most beautiful person you know?'

They say beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. And there is no one better to prove the saying than kids. Their innocent minds and unfiltered opinions are probably the best way to understand what beauty really is. After all, their purest hearts, untouched by the world's influence, have the most genuine definition of what being beautiful means. So, when Recess Therapy @recesstherapy, a popular TikTok page known for interviewing random kids, asked "What does beautiful mean to you?" the children gave heartwarming answers. With over 36.4 million views, this video stole thousands of hearts.

In the video, when the host asked, "What does beautiful mean to you?" a boy replied without a second thought, "Mommy." It was heartening to see how he was so sure of his answer that he didn't even have to think about it. When asked again if he found someone else beautiful, the kids replied, "Grandma." The host then asked, "Are you beautiful?" to which the boy responded, "No! I'm a boy." The man reassured him that boys could be beautiful too and the kid agreed with it. The boy also then changed his opinion and accepted that he was beautiful too. 

Cut to the next clipping, this time the host interviewed a little girl and guess what, she had the same answer too. Just like the boy, she too didn't have to think twice before saying, "Mommy," as she found her mother the most beautiful person. When the host asked her to express her feelings to her mom, the adorable little girl instantly called out, "Mommy!" and said, "You are the most beautiful person ever." She reassured her mom once more that she found her beautiful and the mom said, "I think you're so beautiful," leaving the little one blushing over the flattery. The mom-daughter duo exchanged their love for each other and shared a kiss. 

This video from last May went viral on social media and more than 14K comments flooded in. "This might make dads jealous," read the caption. People were so delighted to see the little ones' candid responses and many felt the same about their mothers too.

"My son is 4, he's the only person who tells me that I'm beautiful," wrote a mom @hellen0544. "Mamas, your kids think you're beautiful. Don't put yourself down. Take lots of pictures with them. You show them how to love themselves," commented @ladybryght. "I love how kids just accept different perspectives so easily. 'I don't know everything. I am beautiful too? Meh. Okay!'" wrote @yourdeiguide. 

Speaking of children complimenting their moms, this hilarious video of a frustrated little girl showering her mom with kind words amasses a large number of views. Kelly Pabst @kel_pabst, mom of the 3-year-old shared on TikTok how the little one was mad at her for saying no to a movie. The funny part was how the girl expressed anger saying, "You are the best mama in the world. And you make me happy. And you are the best." The little girl knew nothing but kind words so even her angry talk felt pleasing to the ears.
