Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck mark 1st anniversary with dreamy never-before-seen wedding photos

It's been one year since Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck tied the knot on August 21. This actor and musician duo is one of the more famous Hollywood pairings and a public favorite for sure. This year for their first anniversary, Lopez took to her Instagram to shower love and wishes on her dear husband by sharing some previously unseen photographs from their big day.

The post was captioned: "One year ago today... Dear Ben, Sitting here alone, Looking at my ring ring, Feeling overwhelmed, It makes me wanna sing sing, How did we end up here, Without a rewind, Oh my, This is my life." She signs off the caption with her name and a heart.

These beautiful words are the lyrics from her song "Dear Ben Part II" from her upcoming album. Lopez finally announced her ninth studio album called "This Is Me... Now" which is a follow-up to her 2002 album, "This Is Me... Then." The lyrics of the song she used to caption the post signify as well as showcase her feelings, emotions and love towards the "Gone Girl" actor. 

In these unseen photos of their beautiful wedding, Affleck can be seen wearing a white tuxedo and a black bow tie, whereas Lopez is wearing a stunning white Ralph Lauren dress with short sleeves and a long, gorgeous veil. She is seen being carried by her husband in their beautiful photos. In another photo, the newlyweds could be seen sharing a kiss under a decorated wooden arch at night, with fireworks lighting up the whole sky in the background. Here, JLo wore another white dress adorned with pearls. Their reception was a candlelight affair that took place in the garden of Affleck's Georgia property. String lights and lanterns illuminated the path to the elegant event, which included scrumptious food along with friends and family, all dressed in white.

Their Georgia wedding was an intimate affair and took place a month after their Las Vegas wedding. The celebrations took place on August 21, 2021, at Affleck's Hampton Island Preserve, the compound of which spreads up to 87 acres. It was a weekend to remember, with a pre-wedding party along with the main ceremony. In addition to that, Lopez had three outfit changes, all three custom-made Ralph Lauren gowns. The wedding reception also saw lots of dancing. It was the perfect wedding, well-suited for the celebrities. A day later, the newly married were joined by their friends and family at the Georgia property for a good old-fashioned barbecue lunch.

Lately, JLo has been showing a lot of public displays of affection to her husband, and the pair look quite adorable. She posted a sweet birthday post for her hubby which said, "Dear Ben... Happy Birthday. I love you!" Not only that, but the last photo of her August carousel post shows her wearing a golden necklace that reads "BEN." The caption to that post read, "This Is…August (so far)."
