The extremists who stormed Capitol Hill Livestream the insurrection posed for photos and gave video interviews to the media.
A mob incited by the President of the United States of America stormed Capitol Hill Wednesday and attempted a coup that cost the lives of 5 people including four of their own and one of a police officer. The domestic terrorists were encouraged by Trump and many Republicans including Ted Cruz, and Josh Hawley among others to march to Capitol Hill on January 6, the day Congress prepared to certify the results of the 2020 Presidential election. Joe Biden was set to be certified the winner when the mob incited by the President stormed the building, attacked Capitol Hill police, and attempted to plant two pipe bombs with the lawmakers inside the building. The FBI is now requesting the public to help with identifying the extremists who stormed the building. An Instagram handle that goes by the handle 'Homegrown Terrorists' is helping identify extremists by providing information on them in their posts (UPDATE: the account has been removed).
The Instagram page also posts pictures of rioters and seek information from its followers in the hope of making the FBI's job easier. The name is apt when you consider they were all radicalized in America, primarily over the past four years during Donald Trump's stint at the White House. The extremists were apparently not too clever while carrying out their so-called "revolution" as they posted pictures of their insurrection on social media, outing themselves. Some of them live-streamed the insurrection making the job of identifying them all the more easier. 'Homegrown Terrorists' is identifying many MAGA rioters using their own social media posts. The MAGA movement has proven that arrogance and stupidity are a potent combination.
NEW: A Maryland company has terminated one of its employees after he was apparently captured in a picture during the mob riot in the Capitol yesterday. @wbaltv11 pic.twitter.com/flxRhdmP3P

Some of them have already lost their jobs for storming Capitol Hill. One rioter literally wore his work ID badge during the coup attempt. He was terminated by the company after he was pictured wearing the ID badge. “Navistar Direct Marketing was made aware that a man wearing a Navistar company badge was seen inside the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, during the security breach,” the company’s statement said. “After review of the photographic evidence the employee in question has been terminated for cause. While we support all employee’s right to peaceful, lawful exercise of free speech, any employee demonstrating dangerous conduct that endangers the health and safety of others will no longer have an employment opportunity with Navistar Direct Marketing,” read the statement, reported The Hill.

With Trump supporters forming a good contingent of the anti-mask crowd, they weren't covering their faces either and literally took selfies and gave interviews to the media. It would be safe to say that jail time and Coronavirus await some of these extremists. Richard 'Bigo' Barnett admitted he was the one who posed with his feet on top of Nancy Pelosi's desk. He also stole an envelope from her desk and left a quarter behind. How do we know that? Because he literally identified himself to the New York Times. “I wrote her a nasty note, put my feet up on her desk,” said Barnett, who's clearly not the sharpest tool in the shed. Even the FBI will have trouble not convicting him.
It’s all so surreal. This guy didn’t just loot Pelosi’s office, he spoke on record to the NYT about it and gave them his full name and age https://t.co/SMAHQPjHus pic.twitter.com/XpgWbGUWxq

The unprecedented attack exposed the alleged complicity of Capitol Police officers who were seen on video removing the barricade to usher in rioters. Some officers were also caught on video taking selfies with the extremists and finally, escorting them out of the building, like a bunch of tourists who had made the wrong turn.
