Raspberry Rally will only be available online for the 2023 sales season.
The Girl Scouts of the USA has unveiled a new cookie for the 2023 sales season, which will only be available online. According to a press release, the berry-flavored snack is a "sister cookie" of the popular Thin Mints, People reports. Instead of mint, the latest treat is flavored with raspberry and dunked in the same chocolatey coating as the minty fan favorite. Raspberry Rally cookies are the first in the Girl Scout Cookie lineup to be exclusively available to buy online, allowing participants to concentrate on e-commerce skills, according to the organization.

The organization wants the girls to learn entrepreneurship by building "relevant omni-channel selling skills, pitching to customers online, and providing convenience to purchasers" through their own online businesses.
The website reads: "Raspberry Rally is an online-exclusive cookie that can only be purchased online and shipped directly to your home. Be sure to find a Girl Scout you know to place your order. Offering Raspberry Rally online allows Girl Scouts to learn new skills and build their ecommerce business. Plus, customers like you get the opportunity to order this new and exciting product alongside your favorite varieties."
However, given that the majority of Girl Scouts are under the age of 12 and are subject to online-privacy restrictions, the Girl Scouts have not announced specifics about "pitching."

Adventurefuls, a brownie-inspired delicacy with a caramel-flavored cream core, a drizzle of chocolate sauce and a hint of sea salt, were added to the lineup in 2022.
For the 2023 Girl Scout Cookie season, there will be Raspberry Rally, Adventurefuls, Thin Mints, Samoas (or Caramel deLites), Tagalongs (or Peanut Butter Patties), Do-si-dos (or Peanut Butter Sandwich), Shortbread (or Trefoils), Toffee-tastic, Caramel Chocolate Chip, Lemon-Ups, Lemonades, Girl Scout S'mores and French Toast-inspired Toast-Yay!

The new raspberry cookies also have some reviews from people who have been lucky to try them already. Brett Molina of USA Today tried the cookie and said, "For cookie lovers who want something with more of a fruit flavor, Raspberry Rally fills those needs. But, look, as much as I loved Raspberry Rally, the Caramel deLite continues to hold my personal badge as 'Girl Scout Cookie G.O.A.T'."
Some of the most compelling work I get to do is on the Girl Scout cookie R&D team!! Yes… it’s a yummy job- but it’s so much more than tasting new flavors, like the rollout of an expanded online portfolio! Moving at the pace of girls! #RaspberryRallyhttps://t.co/V8AkWEYgYj

Joseph Lamour of the Today show also tried the flavor and says that the cookies are unlike other raspberry-flavored treats, which tend to taste artificial. “Raspberry Rally is delicious. I don’t often go for many raspberry-flavored treats, as the flavoring often reads artificial to me (like blue-raspberry anything, for instance) but there’s something about the flavor in these that dodge any of those raspberry pitfalls,” he writes.
Never too early to think about Girl Scout Cookies!! A flavor, Raspberry Rally, which happens to be vegan!https://t.co/BXvV4OIFZz

Girl Scouts have come up with creative ways to meet their sales targets over the years. In 2019, one member used shirtless pictures of Jason Momoa to sell a lot of cookies. Of course, that was a major hit. Another member shared a video of herself rapping a cookie-themed version of Cardi B's hit song "Money" in 2019.
The Girl Scout Cookie season usually lasts from January to April, but local timing and product availability may differ.
