Getting a good night's sleep and investing a bit of time in some kind of exercise like running is the secret to living a long and healthy life. However, not many people are into running. For some, it's a symphony of panting and falling and the constant second-guessing of the decision to run in the first place. However, nobody has ever described the feeling as well as a three-year-old. Kim, a running coach known on Instagram as @trackclubbabe, took to the platform to share her daughter's reaction after running.

The mother, a fitness coach, uploaded a video in which her three-year-old daughter comes running toward her. "So when you run, it makes you happy?" the mother asks her daughter. "Yeah, but it makes me 'suffering' too," the little girl cutely says. "Makes you 'suffering'?" the mother chuckles. The little girl then makes rapid panting noises to explain what running feels like. "Yeah? Is that what happens?" the mother says. "Wow, that's a lot of emotions," the mother adds as the little girl continues to make faces. "I don't like... my heart doesn't like it," the three-year-old adds before placing her hands on her chest to feel her heartbeat. "Ah, feel it," she says while taking a step closer to her mother. "Yeah, it's beating super fast. Wow, you are alive, Clark," Kim tells her daughter after feeling her heartbeat. She then runs to her dad, who is outside the frame, and says, "Tyler, feel it, I am alive."

"I didn't know she even knew the word 'suffering'", the mother wrote in the caption. "And then to so appropriately use it to describe running," she added.

Many took to the comment section to talk about the sweet reaction from the three-year-old.

"'Makes me suffering' is now my new favorite phrase," read one of the top comments by @jonygtheprodigy. "Kids are so interesting. My son has certain times when he would call us mom/dad, mommy/daddy, mama, and our first names. I am happy he knows my first name then other times our full name lol. I think this can be very helpful in an emergency, so it's a good thing for kids to know and practice," added @laadybee245. "I can't with her. I want to meet her in person she has so much personality it's so dang cute!!!!" expressed @kaydiruns

Kids have the sweetest reactions to things, and sometimes the words that come from those little mouths can offer fresh perspectives on things. Another cute little girl took the internet by storm with her reaction after going to school. "I done so much at school that I just need to take a second," she said in a video uploaded to Reddit by u/mindyour. The mother then checks on her and asks, "Are you tired?" to which the girl replies, saying that she truly is tired. When asked, "What did you do at school?" the little one responds, "I just do too much at school." Needless to say, the people on the internet were blown away by the fact that the little soul was able to articulate her feelings so nicely.
