It is hard to say no when you see a plate full of junk food. Along with that meal, having a side dish is like a chef's kiss. Fries and nuggets are often offered as popular sides, but how much nuggets can one really eat? Jessica Vaccaro–who goes by @lynn_j_goat on TikTok–shared a glimpse of a table full of nuggets that her husband ordered by mistake while placing an order at McDonald’s. However, this hilarious story has a wholesome twist, giving more than a happy ending to the family. The video showed the family surrounding the table, overlooking boxes of nuggets that filled it. The members, trying to make space for the “side dish,” were unable to control their laughter at the hysterical mishap.

“Please tell me that’s it. Is that it,” Vaccaro asked her husband, who was uncontrollably cackling his life out. “Are all those bags nuggets?” she asked, pointing towards 3 to 4 medium-sized bags on their kitchen counter. “Chris, where’s our food? We did not order 185 chicken nuggets,” Vaccaro said, baffled at the visual display ahead of her. “There’s more,” the mom said, looking over at everyone and bursting into laughter. The family went ahead to check another bag or two, only to find more nuggets waiting to be opened. In a follow-up video, the family revealed there was more, as they kept placing more boxes on the table, the laughter was uproaring.

“Please tell me this is a prank,” Vaccaro said while someone else in the room yelled in disbelief, “200 chicken nuggets.” Vaccaro even told her toddler son, “Giovanni, there’s 200 chicken nuggets.” “Is that a lot?” the kid said, mind-boggled, having no clue how to respond. People were unable to comprehend the humor of the situation. @doobie3.s.n.js said, “I’m just trying to figure out how, like how?” @ashleywho1380 said, “When you order a 20 piece but order 20 20 pieces.” The family also revealed in the caption that they decided to give away the nuggets to homeless people on a beach and that the huge amount of food was not going to go to waste but would go for a good cause.

While most of the comments consisted of laughter, others were desperate to know what caused the hilarious mishap. Vaccaro revealed the same in a follow-up video. “People are like how did you not know the price and stuff? Number one, it was an accident.” “It was supposed to be 3 burgers and 2 orders of 10-piece nuggets,” the mom said. “Instead of hitting the 10x for 10 pieces, he accidentally hit 20 and we didn’t know this.” Vaccaro then mentioned that the order went through and her husband didn’t bother to check the details except the final amount and remarked, “This is expensive!”

“We go down to open the door and here’s this man, with I don’t know how many bags, I think it was 8,” the mom revealed. “We put the bags down and my husband just pulled out all the nuggets,” the mom said, recalling the incident. “We did live by a beach and there’s a lot of homeless people out there, so what we did was we went out there and fed tons of homeless people,” the mom added. “It was an awesome experience,” Vaccaro remarked.
