You never know when the person you trust blindly can betray you, and one woman found that out in the least expected way. Tay (@valuableazztay) found the floor collapsing under her feet when, one day, her second baby left her boyfriend’s old phone on AutoZone with Wi-Fi on and a series of deleted emails in the trash from another woman popped up. Her August 28, 2026, Instagram reel sharing the entire story has been viewed over 2,781 times.

Caught by accident

Tay’s second baby was quite young when this incident happened. The baby was playing with her boyfriend’s old phone when he accidentally left Wi-Fi on in the AutoZone. That’s when she noticed in the deleted emails that he had sent emails to two other women who had six kids in total. Knowing that she had her baby alongside, Tay didn’t do anything. She jumped into the car and drove back home. Upon reaching, she messaged one of the women on Cash App that the man would never be hers. The woman replied, "He ain't never gonna leave me alone."

A permanent breakup

At last, Tay confronted her boyfriend. He excused his cheating by saying she was his homegirl. She showed him the emails and asked him to leave and never come back. In another video posted on August 28, 2026, she shared that she put a restraining order on her boyfriend and put him on child support. And now, after cheating on her for nine years, he is trying to come back into her life, but she won’t allow it. "I'm not gonna let you come back, even if hell froze over. You can never get close to me ever again in life," she said.

Finding out by accident

Tay never went looking for proof, but it found its way to her anyway. A 2023 study analyzing 94,943 responses to an infidelity survey found that 8% of cheating was discovered completely by accident. Another 21.4% was uncovered after the partner investigated, while 56.8% of cheaters confessed on their own, and 8.30% confessed when they were accused. Additionally, 4.50% found out about their partner's infidelity when a third party informed them.

'Men think they slick'

Most viewers agreed with Tay’s decision not to welcome back her baby’s dad into her life. @famous_charming28 commented, “No, he’s not trying to come back because of that. He’s trying to come back because he doesn’t want to be on child support. It’s cheaper to keep her; that’s what’s going on. Let you know all the way what’s going on?” @breebarbiebaby said, “If you’re a good woman, they're always going to want to come back. It’s not even a flex for real; who wouldn’t come back?”
