Grandpa planned the most adorable and heartwarming photoshoot with his granddaughter

A trip to our grandparents' place always remains special. Sometimes, it included chocolates and sweets and other times, it included long walks, swings and laughter. For many of us, these memories are really close to our hearts. Recently, a granddaughter had a heartwarming photoshoot with her beloved grandpa, capturing their beautiful connection. Lizzie Wilkie—who goes by @lizziewilkie on TikTok—shared a video discussing her daughter's photoshoot with her dad. "So my dad watches my daughter on Tuesdays for me so I can teach and I just went and picked her up and he's like, I have a surprise for you," she says in the now-viral video.

In the video, we see Wilkie's daughter on a bouncer who's jumping behind her mother. Her mother discusses the surprise photoshoot. In the pictures from the photoshoot, we see her wearing a cute dress as she smiles brightly. "I was like, how’d you do that," Wilkie says, "He said, oh, I ordered a backdrop and I had a photoshoot with her."

Wilkie continues to show several pictures of her baby from the photoshoot. The baby is seen having the time of her life in these pictures. "He said he did an outfit change." The most adorable of these pictures are the ones where the grandpa is seen with his granddaughter. The duo is also seen wearing matching outfits.

The adorable video has received 4.3 million views and 1.1 million likes. In another touching story about a grandparent, in a video posted on Facebook, a great-grandmother met her great-grandchild for the first time and couldn't stop her tears. The adorable video was posted by Robi Petrelli-Kirby, the grandmother of the child. It is captioned, "Surprising my mom meeting her great-granddaughter in person for the first time."

In the video, people can be seen entering the door, one by one, while the great-grandmom is sitting on a chair. First, her grandson comes in, and then her daughter, followed by others. She is surprised and says, "Oh my God, don't do this to me" and starts crying. Her grandson comes and hugs her. Meanwhile, the person who is recording tells her, "I don't have Jane look who I have," pointing at the young child.
