Dogs surprise us sometimes by having human-like reactions. Generally, humans tend to give the silent treatment when they're not so happy with something. But such dramatic expressions are quite unusual in pets. Some videos on the internet prove that dogs can throw a tantrum too. Without a doubt, their dramatic acts are adorable. One such furry companion, Copper is stealing hearts on the internet with his cute reaction to having a new addition to his family. Copper's owner, August Bungum @augustbungum shared this amusing video on TikTok and people cannot have enough of the pooch's drama.

In the video from 2022, Bungum and her golden retriever, Copper were seen riding in the front seat with a tiny little puppy on the woman's lap. The text overlay reads, "The day we picked up Copper's new sister." Apparently, the family was driving back home after picking up their new addition to the family. What caught the internet's attention was that Copper was just sitting there sternly looking at the road. When his owner repeatedly called his name and tried to turn his head towards her saying, "Look at Mama," the grumpy dog didn't even budge. He was simply keeping a straight face and couldn't care less to look at his new baby sister.

After several attempts to get Copper to look at the puppy, the owner said, "He's so mad," and added, "He doesn't even want me to touch." Clearly, Copper was jealous of the new puppy and probably worried that he wouldn't be getting any more attention. "Poor boy was not happy with a sister," read the video's caption. Indeed it surprised people that Copper was being so dramatic in the most human way possible rather than giving off his inherent "Golden retriever energy."

Copper's adorable reaction went wild on social media with over 15.8 million views and more than 15000 comments. While some adored his cute drama others shared their dogs' hilarious reactions to having new siblings. "Goldens are very smart and family-oriented. They are really good at showing how they feel sometimes. Jealousy and resentment are on the list," commented @violagattina_. "This is the equivalent of a guy asking, 'What's wrong,' and us girls saying 'Nothing,' with an eye roll and a huff," wrote @kkrnkids. "Copper is figuring out what shoes to destroy that will be blamed on the puppy," joked @santajclaus.

A few days after the video amassed many views, Bungum posted a follow-up video showing the change in Copper's mindset about his little sister. "Still living his best life in a new home with a big yard and two sisters to share it with," read the caption. Bungum indicated that the two videos were captured 2.5 years apart and we could see that the family had grown beautifully in those years. The wiener puppy that was adopted in the first video was grown up and the owners were also blessed with a daughter. Copper seemed to have twice the fun with his two sisters.

People showered their love on the beautiful family. When @user3796364651750 was shocked that it took 2.5 years for Copper to accept his sister, Bungum replied, "Oh no no! It only took the ride home haha! Just showing how happy he is 2.5 years later." @debbieholley1 wrote, "Beautiful family! Goldens are the best family dogs! Congratulations on your new precious members."
