Father's adorable dance with daughter is a heartwarming example of 'girl dad' life

The internet has many adorable instances where dads share little funny yet beautiful moments with their daughters. Recently, Boston-based mom Cindy Camponovo–who goes by @cindycamponovo on Instagram–shared a video of her husband and daughter doing a sassy dance walk, which went viral, garnering nearly 19 million views. 

In this video, the 5-year-old, all dolled up in a cute unicorn dress, made a snazzy ramp walk while singing "Pretty Girls Walk" by Big Boss Vette. As she made her oh-so stylish entry, singing, "All the pretty girls walk like this, this, this," she stopped midway and turned to her dad, who was cleaning up her toys behind her. "Come on, Daddy," the little one said and instantly, her dad joined her on the dance walk, reciting the song lyrics. While the mom was capturing this cute moment on camera, the father-daughter duo sported their swagger walk. The mom captioned this video, "He didn’t choose the 'girl dad' life, the 'girl dad' life chose him."

Just like the mom pointed out, being a girl dad indeed suited the man because he was instantly ready to match his daughter's vibe. He didn't even have to ask her what to do. He simply knew what she meant when she said, "Come on, Daddy." This viral video garnered a lot of heartening comments. "When a dad is ruled by his daughter, but she makes him feel pretty," commented @lysazimo. "Once I was playing princess with my dad and put a golden crown on his head, he forgot and we went to the grocery store like that," wrote @s.privat_351. "If my husband doesn't act like this for my kid, I don't want him," commented @sush.mita3832. 

Speaking of girl dads, yet another girl dad is winning hearts on the internet with his amusing dance and the daughter's reaction is a must-see. Brittany Larsen-True (@britt_true_) posted a video recently where the father of her one-year-old girl dances cheerfully to the tunes of "Come and Get Your Love," a song by the American rock band Redbone. What made the internet go "awww" was the little baby's adorable reaction. Looking at her dad grooving in front of her, the little one was grinning from ear to ear, and also tried to mimic his moves while sitting on the couch. 

Apart from the beautiful father-daughter moment and the little one's cute reactions, this video also shared an important message. It showed how important parents' participation was for children. "Your child doesn't even need toys or TV. They need a good dad who plays with them," the text on the video read and it resonated with many on the internet. All that matters for the little ones is how much their parents spent time or played with them and these two dads are great examples of that.
