AI chatbots play a significant role in today’s world, especially ChatGPT. It is an absolute digital marvel that addresses nearly every problem and provides almost perfect solutions. Need a recipe? Ask ChatGPT. Want to write an essay? Ask ChatGPT. Wish to learn about quantum physics? ChatGPT is here for you. The AI chatbot not only gives quic solutions but also helps save money if you know how to ask the right questions. It looks like it comes in handy to save the day for brides-to-be as well. Yes! Fashion content creator, Nishtha Gandhi—who goes by @nishthagandhi1 on Instagram—has cracked the code on how ChatGPT can be used as a color analyst for brides to pick their perfect wedding outfits.

Highlighting how many women fly to South Korea to get a good color analysis done to find outfits that complement their skin tone, Gandhi assured them they don't need to spend so much if they know this ChatGPT hack. First, one has to take a picture of oneself in natural light while ensuring they are not sun-kissed as this might mess with their actual undertone. Upon opening a photo editor, individuals can find an option to detect the Hex code for the colors they select in the image. This feature allows them to easily identify the Hex codes for the most pigmented areas of their skin, hair and lips.

Upon finding the Hex codes, one can now use the codes to prompt the AI chatbot to give them a perfect color analysis. "Ask ChatGPT to act as your color analyst. Give it your skin, hair and lip code and try to find the perfect foundation shade," Gandhi explained. It turns out that ChatGPT is capable of figuring out the foundation shade based on the skin tone and if the chatbot gets it right, it means it is capable of detecting one's undertone. The undertone plays a key part in color analysis and thus, one can effortlessly prompt ChatGPT to suggest wedding dress colors that will make them shine on their big day.

Being a 2024 bride, Gandhi herself tried this trick and it worked out so well for her that she wanted to spread the word. The video went viral with over three million views and several brides expressed interest in trying out this ChatGPT hack for their wedding. There were also some hilarious responses from women quipping about not having found a groom yet. "Can it also find if the partner is right for you or not?" joked @gai3s. "Nope, my problem is finding a man to wear the lehenga with him," said @jinujohn2260. "Cancelling my trip to Korea," chimed in @dhaanya.j_

Speaking of ChatGPT being a girl's best friend, a woman asked the AI chatbot to analyze her date's texts and it had the most "girl's girl" response. Aubrie Sellers, a Nashville-based country music artist—who goes by @aubriesellers on TikTok—entered screenshots of her text exchange with the guy she was dating into ChatGPT. The chatbot analyzed the tone of the texts and pointed out that the guy was "avoidant" whereas Sellers was "mature." She added, "It said I'm perfect and I've never done anything wrong in my life." This could be a dream come true for every girl who feels uncertain about whether to proceed with a relationship.
