Jemma Williamson, a nursery teacher from Wolverhampton, was 14 when she travelled to Chester to watch Robbie Williams, then a member of the "Take That" pop group, perform live. However, she couldn't get inside the event and hence couldn't meet the star she adored. Disappointed, Williamson stayed outside the venue and eventually got filmed. She took the opportunity to express her love for Williams and even joked that he could call her anytime he wanted. Williamson had also shouted her number aloud, hoping the musician would call her, unaware that that would actually turn true thirty-four years later.

Williamson, a teenager back then, was obsessed with Williams; she loved everything about him, especially his looks. So, when she was approached by a media personnel covering the event, Williamson didn't shy away from expressing her love for the "Feel" artist. "I love Robbie; He's got gorgeous thighs and a gorgeous body. He can have my phone number any day," Williamson confessed. Thirty-four years later, Williams saw her on TV, as part of a Netflix documentary, "Take That," and called her instantly. Williams posted the video on his Instagram page on January 31. The post somehow reached Williamson, who informed him that she had moved to a new place and didn't use that number anymore. "So if you want my new number, let me know. Call me anytime," she wrote, teasing Williams. Although they couldn't connect over a call that day, Williamson lived her dream when the musician invited her onstage during his performance. "Please welcome Jemma from the 'Take That' documentary," he said, welcoming his superfan onstage. They both shared a warm hug, following which Williamson recreated her viral moment onstage. "I think it's brought back a bit of nostalgia for everybody," she told the BBC

Just like Robbie William, many celebrities have gone out of their way to surprise their fans and well-wishers. For instance, Ed Sheeran, known for superhits like "Perfect," arrived at a hospital to meet his nine-year-old fan, Melody Driscoll. The little girl was diagnosed with Rett syndrome, a rare neurological disorder that forced her to spend most of her life in a hospital. Amidst challenges, she used to find comfort in Sheeran's music; Driscoll was so in love with him that her family called the musician her Prince Charming. Driscoll's mom wanted her to meet her favorite singer, so she started posting about it online. Surprisingly, Sheeran's manager heard about it and immediately contacted her, HuffPost reported. Soon enough, the singer arrived at the hospital and performed for her on a little pink guitar.

Meanwhile, reacting to Williamson's meeting with the "Angels" artist, @hornydawny78 commented, "It is such a BRILLIANT thing to do; I was so happy when you brought her out! Dreams do come true!! Thank you again for an unforgettable night." @desdeturquiaconamor wrote, "She was sitting next to us! She is such a lovely person! So happy for her! Maybe one day my dream will also come true." Similarly, @rewindrobbie commented, "It was so good to see Jemma on stage with you! Thanks for an incredible evening."
