Employee shares the heartwarming birthday gifts they received from thoughtful co-workers

This positivity boosts morale and increases productivity. A Reddit user shared a heartwarming post about how their coworkers made their birthday special by giving them a bunch of wonderful and functional gifts. In the caption, the employee mentioned starting their new job just four months prior and had no expectations for their birthday.

 The employee was pleasantly surprised to find this wasn't the case, sharing an image of all the gifts received from their coworkers. They wrote, "Turns out, among many other perks, the owners set aside $175 and have the person's coworkers pick out the gifts (on the clock, of course)." Coworkers carefully listened to past conversations to choose the perfect birthday gifts. They once mentioned they loved Kerrygold butter, but it was too expensive.

The employee revealed, "Lastly, I just built my first PC with the help of a coworker (so they knew all the specs) but mentioned how I could use a little more RAM, so they got me another two sticks of the same kind." I can't stress enough how important our dishwashers are and how they play a huge role in the kitchen. Happy Birthday, Leo."
