The bar for men is really low, but a woman who's engaged to a great man is now telling others to not settle for average men. Rose, 22, is engaged to marry Drake and says he's proof there are good men out there. Rose, who goes by the username @rosesmaddox on TikTok, spoke up in response to a question asked by another user. “What is something a man has done for you that made you realize you’ve been accepting and expecting way too little from men?” asked @ayandastood, reported Buzzfeed News. Rose listed the many ways in which Drake prioritizes her happiness and it's sparking a discussion on settling for average partners.

“I’ve been with my fiancé since I was 15. I’m 22 now and we got engaged in May,” Rose says in the video. “Here are some of the things he does that made me want to marry him.” She added that he supports her career and cheers her up when her day goes south. Rose said she realized he was the one when he exchanged cars with her just so she could listen to music and have air conditioning while commuting to work. “I used to drive an old Hyundai Sante Fe with no heating, no air, and no music and he would let me drive his car to work and he would take mine to his work so I could listen to music and have air conditioning since my drive was two minutes longer,” she said.

She said he is always looking out for her, even when they are dining outside. Rose said Drake asks her what her “top two choices are of entrees” and then orders the one she isn't, so she can trade if Rose doesn’t like hers. “If I tell him I’m having a bad day, he comes home from work with either flowers, ingredients for him to make me a meal, or some sort of gift,” she continued. “Right now, he works nine to five and I’m finishing up my last year of college so I’m bearing a lot of the housework. But, anytime he comes home and he sees that I’ve cleaned something, he points to it and says: ‘Thank you for doing that.’” Rose teaches spin classes for a living and said he was the "only guy at any of my spin classes” for a whole year as he wanted to support her. “He would show up every single time so that when I looked into the bikes, I would have someone I could make eye contact with and feel more confident in my teaching,” she said.

She urged other women to not settle for average men, pointing to her own fiance as proof of nice men. “There are people out there that want to meet and exceed that standard and love you in a way that you could never have imagined,” she said, captioning Drake as “the epitome of a dream man.” The TikTok video has been viewed close to 12 million times on the platform and liked 2.8 million times. "If you think your standards are too high, you're looking in the wrong places," she said. Many were shocked such men even exist. “When you said the restaurant thing I gasped,” wrote one user. “Aww that type of love must feel amazing,” wrote another. After many asked for a reveal, she posted images of them together. “Not only is he the most caring, kind, awesome, amazing, hot person, he’s also an engineer, so he’s super smart and I love that,” she said in a separate video.
