Donny Osmond gives lifelong fan a wholesome surprise on her 60th birthday and her reaction is priceless

Shirley celebrated her 60th birthday this February and received a personalized video as a gift from her childhood crush, Osmond, himself. But that was not the end of it. Shirley's daughter–who goes by shimmy_4kimmi on TikTok–shared the most memorable surprise the "Young Love" singer gave his lifelong fan by crashing her 60th birthday party.

At the beginning of the video, Shirley seemed to be over the moon just after seeing her celebrity crush's exclusive music video made for her. Giggling and screaming with joy, the 60-year-old couldn't hold back her excitement. The video shows Osmond in full-on dance mode along with backup dancers while singing the song he made for Shirley. While the birthday girl was completely engrossed in adoration for her idol, she didn't realize he sneaked into her house and was sitting right behind her chair. At the end of the music video, Osmond wished Shirley a "Happy Birthday," leaving her grinning from ear to ear and proudly flaunting the video to her family. 

After bouts of laughter, Shirley gasped, "Oh! Donny," and instantly, the singer yelled, "Shirley!" Jumping in shock, the 60-year-old looked back and let out a scream on seeing Osmond in person. The woman was too stunned to speak, but the singer made her feel comfortable by hugging her. Lucky for her, she got her celebrity crush to wish her on her birthday both in a personalized video and in person. "She deserved this so much!" her daughter wrote in the captions.

The video of Osmond crashing Shirley's birthday party gained over 4 million views in just a day, with thousands of comments pouring in. "This is the second Donny Osmond surprise video I've seen today and while I personally don't have an attachment to him, seeing people's faces just light up when they see him brings me so much joy!" commented @canvasskin. Being in a state of astonishment already, the prospect of going for dinner with her idol made Shirley flabbergasted. The efforts put in by her children to surprise her bore fruits and touched millions of hearts on the platform.
