Culprit found
The confrontation began with routine timing. Having arrived at the local park slightly earlier than usual, the daily walker paused by their vehicle just as another driver pulled into the gravel lot. Out stepped a man with two dogs and a fistful of glaring neon-green waste sacks. While the supply gave the initial impression of responsible ownership, the distinctive color immediately linked him to an ongoing eyesore. "Since I walk in the park all the time, I know that someone with bright green poop bags picks up after their dog and throws the bags into the grass at the end of the walking loop," the author wrote. Once done, the author confronted him immediately: "So gross. Let me get that for you and throw it into the trash can that's 12 ft away. So gross and lazy."

Mortified by the confrontation, the man offered no defense and hurried back down the path toward the parking lot. By the time the author returned to the parking lot, the culprit had already vanished. A glance at the trash can confirmed that the vehicle was thoroughly wiped clean, with the entire collection finally resting there.
