After feeling an instant connection, the happy couple made their relationship official and even spent Valentine's Day together.
To see love blooming between two people for the first time is always magical. To see that happen between two furry friends is much more adorable. Recently, one such video has been winning hearts on the internet. Los Angeles-based Adria Barich—who goes by @adriabarich on Instagram—and her dog, Oatmeal are quite popular on Instagram for their cheerful 'pool time' videos. Sharing a cute moment when Oatmeal found his lady love during one of his walks, Barich posted a video that went viral with more than a million views.
One fine day, Oatmeal was all suited up and ready for his usual walk around his neighborhood. Flaunting his dog Crocs, the pooch was casually taking a stroll when all of a sudden he spotted a lovely dog, Chloe—who goes by @sheltie.chloe on Instagram—who was also donned in her pink dog Crocs. "Oatmeal was smitten and he asked her to join us on our walk," the pet lover said. By the end of the walk, the happy couple made their relationship official and Barich even gave the duo a cute name, "ChlOatmeal." The dog's mom was so happy as her boy found his love.
This cute video was melting hearts online with tons of comments pouring in for the adorable couple. "Aww blue Crocs for the boy and pink for the girl, it's a match made in heaven," commented @shwetaa_pai. "Does this count as the first date? That is so cute that he has a girlfriend," wrote @nerdyvt. "I hope Chloe doesn't end up breaking Oatmeal's heart for another dog with normal-sized paws," joked @ebroderick96. However, Oatmeal and Chloe's love story didn't end right there on the street.

The handsome boy even asked his girlfriend Chloe to be his Valentine and Barich shared this adorable "Valentine asking" video which gained nearly 11000 views in just a few days. To pop the question to Chloe, Oatmeal bought her some heart-shaped cookies with the words, "Luv U," and "Good dog," written on them from the dog bakery at the farmer's market. He also wrote a note, with the help of his human, saying, "Valentine?" To top it all, the adorable boy plucked a rose and showed up at Chloe's doorstep in a grand gesture. While the furry Casanova expected an enthusiastic "Yes" Chloe coaxed him for a while before finally giving a nod to be Oatmeal's Valentine. The cute pair ended up munching on those cookies later while anticipating their first Valentine's Day together.

Heeding to the requests from Oatmeal-Chloe fans, Barich posted the couple's Valentine's Day video and it was nothing short of delightful. The dog's mom said that Oatmeal made a very special surprise for his girlfriend and it was a beautiful, romantic candle-lit spaghetti dinner. Recreating the "sphagetti eating" scene from the 1955 Disney animated movie "Lady and the Tramp," Oatmeal and Chloe shared a romantic moment while also devouring their meal. "Puppy love is so precious," said Barich and told the followers that she would be posting more videos of the adorable duo's love story. It's indeed a sight to sore eyes to see the two furry friends bonding with each other.
