The ER doctor further wrote, "Man, this hit me right in the feels! Random acts of kindness are SO POWERFUL! My entire day is changed, maybe my whole month?" The incident showed him the good that exists in strangers. "Once I composed myself and explained to my kids why I was crying happy tears, my daughter asked me, 'Dad, who should WE bless today?'"
