Trapped in a ditch and severely injured, she saw a tall stranger rush to her aid. The man, named Julius, called for help, pulled her from the wreckage, and held her until emergency responders arrived. Thanks to his quick actions, Heather survived that terrifying ordeal, and she never forgot the man who saved her. She told her family that her “only wish” was to meet him again. One year later, her family made that wish come true. The emotional video quickly went viral after Heather shared it on social media.
