Most adults would agree that comfortable clothing, including pajamas, is the best. On a relaxing day, they prefer nothing more than putting on a pair of loose pajamas and just being themselves, casual and comfy. A TikTok dad, @90zdad, was feeling a similar vibe when he made the call to go to an ATM in his pajamas. While the dad was all up for the warm and cozy dressing, his young daughters were not having it. Their brutally honest reactions have been cracking everyone up. It also started a hilarious debate on whether pajamas outdoors are acceptable or not.

The dad mentioned that he was heading out to a nearby ATM when he found his daughters staring at him in shock. “Why are you looking at me like that?” the dad asked. The elder daughter simply looked at him with raised eyebrows and questioned, “You’re going out in pajama pants?” The man reassured her that he was just going to be in his car and would not be getting out, so the outfit didn't really matter. However, that didn’t seem to change the girls’ reactions. “What’s wrong with these?” he asked as he turned the camera towards his red-and-black checkered pajamas. His daughters gave him a stern judgmental look. “What’s wrong with me wearing PJs?” the dad asked again.

“It’s gonna be embarrassing!” his younger daughter exclaimed as the older one simply held her face with sheer disappointment. When the dad wasn’t ready to budge, the elder daughter calmly went up to him, trying to control her laughter, and said, “You use your pajamas as sleepwear, not even daywear.”

“Okay, uh-huh, says the person who gets to wear their pajamas to school,” the dad replied. The girl hysterically gasped and insisted, “It’s a school thing.” “This is a dad-being-lazy-and-only-staying-in-his-car thing,” the man hilariously responded.

The big sister was not giving up. She went off and said without a filter, “Yeah, but you have to unbuckle your seatbelt and get your big butt over to get to it.” Her dad tried to explain again that he was not getting out of his car and his feet wouldn’t be seen. “But your butt is going to be up in the air,” the girl emphasized, imitating what her dad would look like to show him. “People are gonna see it and be like that freak is wearing pajamas,” she added. The dad gave up and simply turned to their mom, who was sitting on the couch and was unable to control her laughter. He said, “She’s your mini, she’s your mini, isn’t she?”

Fellow parents and adults couldn’t help but side with the dad on the lazy comfort pajamas look. However, they had to applaud the girl for her on-point debate. @jackson_blackwell05 said, “I wear my sweats all over the place.” @haimeister jokingly said, “I’d be making her go to the ATM with me for such an outlandish outburst.” @bammnbamn said, “Go for a walk with her in those PJs, now!” @yesherabten said, “Hilarious. They are not having it.”

@90zdad I thought wearing pajama pants was acceptable in 2024? Also, I’m not even getting out of the car. #pajamasallday #pajamas #2024 ♬ original sound - 90zDad
