In a world where social media often highlights personal achievements, a woman used LinkedIn to shine a light on her father’s incredible career and seek a new opportunity for him. In her post, Priyanshi Bhatt pled to help her father secure a new job in the automobile industry. Her heartfelt post, which quickly went viral, highlighted her admiration for his work ethic and leadership skills while also asking for opportunities in the automobile industry. She described her father as a "conscientious, hardworking, loyal, empathetic, and exceptionally talented individual" with 30 to 40 years of experience, particularly in paint shop operations.

She detailed his roles as a manager, plant head, director, and CEO in well-known companies like Swaraj Mazda, Maruti Joint Venture, Alfa Cotec Industry, and KD Industries. She also spoke about his leadership skills, sharing, “People who trained under him 20-30 years ago are still with him and have switched companies alongside my father just to be under his mentorship, without my needing to emphasize the kind of leader he is.” Her words reflected the respect and loyalty he had earned over the years. The post explained why her father was seeking a job change.



 

She revealed that he had been dealing with financial instability at his current organization, where he had not received his fixed salary for the past year. Despite these challenges, he continued giving his all, often working extra hours and even on Sundays. She wrote, “Despite all these odds, he has been giving his 200% to the company, all thanks to his empathetic nature.” With the support of his family, he decided it was time to find a more stable job. In describing his professional strengths, she wrote, “My father is a solution-oriented person, a soft-spoken man, a team player, highly knowledgeable, with excellent communication skills, and, most importantly, a true team player and leader.”

She concluded her post with a heartfelt message, encouraging potential employers to consider him. “My father is the best candidate any organization can hire, so please do not miss out on this opportunity. If anyone is interested in hiring my dad, kindly reach out to me and I’ll further connect you with him. Thanks for reading so patiently,” she wrote. The post has received more than 4,700 reactions and over 690 comments, with LinkedIn users praising her for her love and respect for her father.
