Dad’s hilariously epic moves during dance with daughter in kitchen are the definition of fun

The simple act of dancing can be incredibly freeing and make our troubles in life seem less troublesome. And since life always has its ups and downs, we may find ourselves dancing a bit more as we go through it. Life became especially hard during the pandemic when people found their freedoms taken away and had to find ways to spend time at home. Ali Hoffman, who goes by @amjhoffman on Instagram, had the most wholesome way to conquer the pandemic blues by indulging in a dance with her father in their kitchen.

The first video that she posted was on the 22nd of March in 2020 and has got 36,421 views on the social media platform so far. The post caption reads, "Five years ago, we were snowed in and made a dance video that went viral. Five years later and we're BACK, BABY! But also, please don't hold my hand." The amazing dance routine with the daughter imitates the starting piano riff at the start of Jess Glynne's hit number, "Hold My Hand."

Her dad comes in soon after the lyrics begin, and the duo begins to dance. His expressions and moves are hilariously on-point. Their energy for the entire video is absolutely contagious and is sure to get anybody on their feet. At one point, the woman's mother cannot resist and jumps in with her daughter and husband to dance. The three of them continue to dance their heart out. People loved the video and shared their opinions about it in the comments section.

Seeing how popular the first video was, the father-daughter duo decided to make a comeback with a second video, dancing to "Faith" by Stevie Wonder featuring Ariana Grande. They utilize their kitchen for this video and adapt the new track with a fresh set of moves. The caption revealed how they had progressed five months into the pandemic and how nothing had changed. The woman wrote, "The only option is to dance it out! Mom's an essential worker, hence her noticeable absence!" Viewers loved the way the father and daughter decided to make the best of the situation.
