Dad's hilarious parody of wife's ultrasound appointment has the internet in splits

Pregnant women will recall and understand the concept of ultrasound procedures and how they follow. It is an experience in itself and gives parents the joy of getting a glimpse of their baby. A woman, Sam (@wearedanandsam) wished she’d have an ultrasound when she was pregnant the fourth time. Her husband Dan came to the rescue and immediately fulfilled her request in the most hilarious way possible. “I told my husband, I wish we had an ultrasound to see our belly bud. Minutes later, he did this,” she wrote. The woman was seated on a couch when the man came into the room, pretending to be the ultrasound personnel. 

He had everything from a uniform, the trolley, pretend equipment and all other materials all ready for a parody ultrasound appointment. He sat in a chair beside his wife with a laptop and a mouse, ruthlessly clicking as if trying to find records. Taking on his role as a technician, the dad said, “I see this is baby number four?!” The woman played along and explained that she was a surrogate for another couple this time. “We will just continue,” he said, slapping a ginormous amount of sanitizer on his hands. “I see you are 14 weeks along!” he exclaimed.

With chewing gum in his mouth and another heavy dose of sanitizer heaped on his hands, he went over to start the ultrasound.The woman was unable to control her laughter and was wheezing after regular intervals. The dad then threw a heap load of aloe gel on her belly and added a whole splash again. He pulled out a remote and used it as the stick to track the baby and get a pretend image. Looking into his computer, one hand with the remote moving around mom’s belly and another moving the mouse, it seemed as if he were really trying to locate the tiny tot growing inside.

“Baby is just hiding today!” he exclaimed. “If you look up on the screen, that might be a pinky nail,” he remarked, as the woman burst out laughing. Going more intensely into the ultrasound, the dad pulled out a tripod as the next machinery. “If you don’t mind spending some time with Wanda,” he said, hinting towards the tripod. He even got a plastic sheet to cover the mom’s legs. “So I can’t go over that with you, but the doctor can so the doctor will see you about that,” the man exclaimed, being completely serious and sarcastic of his role at the same time.

“Just a few weeks ago, it looked like you had a gummy bear in there. Now, you've got an orange!” he added. The dad continued his shenanigans, leaving the mom and everyone who got a glimpse in splits. “Anyone else wish there were more ultrasounds? But this definitely made up for it!” the mom wrote in her caption. @dizzib wrote, “I don’t know his current career but he needs to switch!” @bninok added, “He knows what to do, he’s been to many appointments!” @kayy_084 remarked, “This is so funny because he’s spot on!” @laurencarter wrote, “It's the accuracy of all his comments!”
