Dad thought his little daughter wouldn't hug him but then she did something incredible

Our kids can make us happy and we are so lucky to have them. This love and happiness were seen in a viral TikTok video shared by @albinamart, where her husband is seen waiting for their daughter. We see the dad waiting in the school lobby with open arms. His daughter enters with her school bag and she sees him but she goes and gives her bag to the mom. After doing this, she turns around and walks towards her dad to give him a bear hug. The little girl looks beautiful in a leopard print outfit and a pink jacket. But the video does not end here. The little munchkin goes on to hug her mother, as well. 

This is a beautiful video as it shows how much kids value the love and affection of their parents. The parents were filled with joy after she hugged them. The caption of the post reads, "Dad thought daughter didn’t want to give him a hug." The text overlay mentions, "Picking up our daughter from daycare. Will she hug her dad?" In the background music of this short video, we hear "Dandelions" by Ruth B. This video is sure to become a memory for a lifetime for the kid and her parents. "That little waddle...so precious," wrote @user085759425 and @nashglamour commented: "Let me make sure I understand this….lol...'momma, hold on to my bag let me hug my man'."

The same clip was also shared on Reddit and it has amassed 23.3 thousand upvotes and several comments. u/shoddynorth_5961 commented, "My daughter did exactly this when I first went along to pick her up from school. She was handing her bag off to Mum so that I could pick her up. I went from major disappointment to huge joy." u/NinjaRoyal8483 shared, "We have a girl about 9/10 months and she is really starting to hug us. As a dad, nothing melts my heart faster than a hug back from this tiny human. But even hugs from nephews and nieces or random toddlers is 100% pure joy to your brain." u/lavazzalove agreed, "Yes, sir. I have two daughters, five and two. In another heartwarming story about a father and his little daughter, we see a video posted on Reddit by u/mindyour, where a child seems worried about her father who she thought was "having a hard day." Seeing him sitting by himself outside, she goes up to him and asks him: "Daddy, are you having a hard day?" Her dad can be seen sitting with his laptop on what looks like the porch area of their house while talking to someone on the phone. The child then approaches him and says, "I love you, Daddy. Are you doing ok?" She comes and hugs her father and sits on his lap. The text overlay reads, "When your 3-year-old daughter takes care of you." She then checks on him and asks if he wants to come inside, and before leaving, gives him a kiss. The video could not have been more adorable.
