Father playfully pretends to cut daughter's hair to fulfil her wish of getting a haircut

Children often make demands, and as parents, we sometimes find ourselves agreeing to their requests. Whether it's wanting a new toy from a store or craving a specific dessert, we often feel compelled to fulfill their wishes, especially if it doesn't pose any harm to the child. This behavior stems from our desire to see them happy and satisfied. However, it's important to strike a balance between indulging their desires and teaching them the value of patience, gratitude and responsible decision-making.

This aspect of parenting was vividly captured in a heartwarming video shared on Reddit by u/Living_Wickihowla. The video showcased a heart-melting moment when a young child approached her parents with a request they simply couldn't refuse.

Her hair is beautifully braided with different color clips on the back. The dad just runs the razor from the front side of her hair, near her ear and then in the middle of her hair so that she believes he is actually cutting it. To make sure that her hair doesn't get shaved, he is using the razor from the opposite end. Moreover, he even pretends to remove the extra hair from places he is using the razor.

In the video posted by @tonystarklovergirl, a woman can be seen telling her father while walking towards him, "Baba, I passed the bar."

She jumps in excitement and runs to hug him. He says, "Really? Congratulations!" and hugs and kisses her. He then asks her, "When did you get the news?" She responds, "I got to know 20 minutes ago."
