A day out with dad is a memory that every child cherishes. In some cases, the internet also comes to cherish such outings as some dads know how to make the day interesting for their kids while having fun themselves. In a TikTok video posted by one such dad named Keraun Harris, who goes by @kingkeraun on the platform, he documented his day out at the mall with his toddler son while providing a hilarious voiceover for the little boy. In the clip, he can first be seen carrying the young one in his arms as he narrates, "My dad took me to the mall so that I could be stimulated because he says I'm a Covid baby and I need to see the world."

Next, the child is seen using the escalator and walking around the mall. "So many lights, so many sounds, they have magic stairs that move. I saw a woman with no head but I spoke, 'Hai.' I was having too much fun because I ended up losing my shoe. My dad could not believe it," Harris says in the voiceover. So they go on to buy shoes for Jr. Keraun. "He said it will be better if we came home with three shoes so mom won't trip so hard. Speaking of tripping, I almost tripped in these new shoes."

Then the kid tries to get into a water fountain. "I found a water fountain and I had an idea I should go for a swim but he stopped me," Harris voices his son's inner monologue. After this, the little boy is seen enjoying a pizza for lunch at the food court. "Did I tell you I love pizza?" narrates Harris, before his son throws the pizza slice away and goes over to the next table to grab another person's drink. "So my dad thought 'Oh God it's time to go' so I act like I forgot to walk on my way home," says Harris in the voiceover. As the video concludes, the child is seen dragging on the floor as he refuses to walk.

The video gained more than 9 million views and is captioned, "Come get yall nephew!" Many on social media enjoyed the video with the dad's voiceover. @bxmixiedcutie commented, "Those COVID babies are different." @tiannatheofficial wrote, "The light embarrassed chuckle when he tried to get the cup. Them Covid babies different yo mans dropped the pizza for the cup."

@dwaynewooden357 commented, "Him losing his shoe is the ultimate 'been with daddy' sign." @briiiiii1990 wrote, "Lmaoo he dropped the pizza just to take his drink." @toryolsen noted, "I'm an early preschool teacher for 2-year-olds and they are the Covid babies right now! They are a different breed!!!"

Talking to TODAY, Harris said that he got the idea for the video from "Look Who's Talking." It is a 1989 comedy movie starring John Travolta and Kirstie Alley. "I thought it would be fun to get inside my kid's head."

The dad added that he loved to see his son run around and explore his surroundings. He feels that in today's time, kids are often deprived of such experiences. "My son is growing up in the Covid era—but it's not only that," said Harris. "Everything comes to us now. Amazon packages arrive at my house every day, we order DoorDash instead of going out to restaurants." Harris is in the process of planning the next outing with his son, probably to Chuck E. Cheese.
