Every father looks forward to his daughter's wedding day. There are also videos on the internet that show parents becoming emotional when they see their children in their wedding dress. One video going viral on the internet captures a father's reaction to seeing his daughter in her wedding gown for the first time. There's a chance the emotive video may make you wonder, "Who's chopping onions?" The video, which is now making rounds on the internet, was originally posted on TikTok and has garnered over 305k views with more than 500 comments. "Best dad reveals reaction ever!!!", the caption read.

The beautiful clip begins with the father standing with his back to the door. Soon after, the bride enters the room and takes a position behind her father. He then turns to see his daughter and becomes visibly moved. "I just know he saw his baby girl in a wedding dress then and now I'm crying 😭", one user commented. "As someone who’s lost their dad, you have no idea how precious this is, what a memory to look back on", said another. "Beautiful! he loves you so much... not me crying because I lost my dad, my hero unexpectedly 6 months before my wedding. Cherish this man! x", commented a third. "{What a beautiful reaction. You are a very lucky lady to have your dad. Congratulations ❤️", remarked a third.

Weddings are difficult for our loving old fathers. Dads historically not only foot it financially, but they also pay emotionally. A daughter's wedding day is bittersweet for every father. Thoughtfully, your father is overjoyed about your wedding. He's delighted that you've met the proper man for you, and he's pleased about the idea of grandkids. However, he may be reeling emotionally. And he might not even realize it. It's natural for dad to be sad that he's losing you—so to speak. Your wedding makes him feel his age. Consider this: You were once that small baby girl he cradled in his arm, and now he's holding your arm as you walk down the aisle to marry. The wedding forces him to confront his own age and how he has aged as well.

Weddings are not only a celebration of love but it is also about strengthening bonds with friends and families. A mother's advice is invaluable when it comes to selecting a wedding gown for a bride. Like so, a mother from another state traveled a long distance to attend this memorable occasion for her daughter. The bride-to-be was taken aback when her mother presented her with a wonderful blessing ahead of her wedding. Devan Williamson was shopping for a wedding gown in a bridal store in Fort Myers, Florida. She was leaving the changing room wearing a prospective dress when she noticed her mother, Diana Williamson, waiting for her. The 45-year-old drove over 700 miles to assist her daughter in selecting a wedding gown. When Devan understood what was going on, she burst into tears and hugged her mother.
