Thomas Wolter (@teezuspiece), a registered nurse, began dating Eleisa Aparico in February 2023. In fact, they were so sure of each other that the couple got engaged in October 2024, just a little over a year into the relationship. Wolter proposed to Aparico in Cannon Beach, Oregon, and it was the easiest 'yes' of her life. Excited, they invited Bad Bunny, a Puerto Rican musician and occasional professional wrestler, to attend their wedding. However, instead of attending, Bad Bunny and his team surprised them by inviting the couple to be part of the Apple Music Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show on February 8, where they eventually got married in front of all of America.

On February 8, Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, popularly known as "Bad Bunny," was performing at the 2026 Super Bowl when Wolter and his fiancée, Aparico, tied the knot onstage. When the couple invited Bad Bunny to their wedding, he immediately came up with something bigger, something better. In fact, it was no ordinary wedding. It was the first-ever wedding to take place during the musician's Super Bowl halftime show, and Bad Bunny signed the marriage certificate, serving as a witness to the couple's union. Soon after the wedding, the newlyweds sat just at the corner of the stage while the "Monaco" artist continued performing around them, followed by an electrifying performance by Lady Gaga. Brian Steven Banks, Super Bowl hair supervisor, said it was something neither Wolter nor Aparico had thought possible.

Likewise, hair stylist Mariah Montez, another close witness to the incredible ceremony, told Fox 11, "They were just sending the invite to send it, and then they asked, and next thing you know, they are on stage. Bad Bunny was his favorite artist, and she had mentioned to me that Lady Gaga was hers, so it felt like everything was meant to be." Meanwhile, the groom, Wolter, posted a picture from his unforgettable wedding on his Instagram. He called it an "opportunity of a lifetime," and thanked Bad Bunny for making it possible. It's not the first time Wolter or Aparico had confessed love publicly.

Back in February 2024, on their first anniversary, Wolter shared a beautiful picture and wrote, "Bebesota, you have made this past year the best year of my life without a doubt. We’ve already made so many memories together, have grown so strong in our relationship, and now get to live together!" Similarly, Aparcio, who has now made her profile private, had shared a picture of her dreamy proposal, saying, "If I could say yes a million times more, I would. Here’s to forever and a lifetime with my best friend. Each year with you has been nothing short of perfect, and I CANNOT wait to see what our future holds," PEOPLE quoted.

Reacting to the grand 'Super Bowl wedding', @beercutieandfoodie commented, "Congratulations to you both. I was just sitting there in awe, like, this is so unreal to witness and see the first official wedding being done on the field at the SUPERBOWL HALFTIME SHOW. Like, you guys made history! May God always bless you and your marriage." @shelliebelle_ shared, "The way I yelled 'wait WHAT' when I saw you two! Congratulations! Wishing you both many years of happiness as unforgettable as your wedding."
