Couple accidentally proposes to each other at the same time: 'This is the coolest thing ever'

Every couple dreams of having a perfect proposal moment. A time when all their close family and friends are around them and they are at the best location along with a photographer who clicks beautiful pictures. A couple was at Disney Land and Mac (@herecomemac) was all set to propose to their boyfriend. But what they didn't know their boyfriend was planning the same thing.

A TikTok video posted by Mac begins with an overlay text, "I went to propose to my boyfriend when this happened." They had Disney Land in the background and Mac kissed their boyfriend then they went on their knees and took out the ring and showed it to their boyfriend. He started laughing and taking out another ring, which was for Mac and went down on his knees. After that, they both were on their knees with the ring in their hands. Both could not stop laughing. So Mac kissed their boyfriend and then they took out the rings from the boxes and put it on each other's fingers. The couple then shared a loving embrace. The video concluded with them showing their rings and kissing each other.

The video went viral, garnering over 15.6 million views. It is captioned, "What can I say? We share one brain cell now we share more! (and have a partner reveal! He's a fairly private person, which is why he hasn't popped up in my TikTok yet. I can no longer call him my boyfriend)." Many on the platform were excited to see a double proposal. @witness_protection commented, "Nothing hits me right through the heart like a double proposal." @funk.panda wrote, "Every time I see a double proposal I bawl my little baby eyes out." @fleurdemortedelasirene shared, "Double proposals are so great because they’re obviously on the same page." @user265222291017 expressed, "I’ve never seen a double proposal! This is the coolest thing ever! Congratulations and Best Wishes for a long happy life together!" @raerileybooks said, "This is exactly how my husband and I got engaged… except we were in the much less romantic location of a Walmart parking lot. Congrats!" 

In a follow-up video, Mac shows both their rings, they can be seen wearing a white gold ring and he has a sterling silver ring. "That was day one of our vacation. Today is day 2, we are at Hollywood Studios. Thank you for all of the love and it has been wild, more than 1.5 million people have seen that video." They add, "People have been reaching out about it, a lot of you have followed me over it so thank you."

Talking about the filming, Mac said they conspired with their cousin and aunt to be able to film their proposal. "She is our roommate, we share a house together and I told her about my proposal, he told her about it as well independently, so she has been like... for 1.5 months since either of our rings came in.
