Cat saying 'hello' to a delivery man is the cutest thing on the internet today

Animals are a blessing to mankind and we can fight anyone who says otherwise. These loving creatures bring so much joy and innocence into our lives, especially the domestic animals we see every day, like cats and dogs. If you have a pet at home, you know just how special that bond is. In a video posted on TikTok by @bear_miller1782, we get to see just how adorably a cat behaves with a delivery man.

The video begins with a man walking through someone's front yard towards their door with a parcel in hand. Based on the jacket they're wearing with a logo on it, the man is most likely an Amazon delivery guy. As the guy steps on the porch, a black cat walks in front of him and sits down. He says, "Hello." to the cat and she meows back but that's not it - her meow sounded more like a "hellooo." The man heard it and was pleasantly surprised. He looked at the little feline and said, "Oh hey, hi! How are you doing?" Saying so, he left the parcel at the front door and proceeded to walk back towards his van.

That's when the door opens and we see a woman - presumably the owner of the house and the parent of the cat - walk out and pick up the parcel. She then yells "thank you" to the man, who seems to be caught off-guard. He then asks the woman something that isn't very audible, but on his second attempt, it reaches her. He says, "Your cat just said hi." He then goes on to ask her if she is the one who has taught her kitty how to say hi. To that, the woman happily replies yes. She adds, "Oh yeah, she's super friendly!" Seeing just how happy the man is about the fact that the cat said hi to him, the woman makes him an offer he just can't refuse.

She asked him if he would like to pet the cat and he promptly said yes. As he was walking back towards the house, the woman told him how the cat was an indoor-outdoor cat. Basically, while the cat's litter box was outside, she would roam in the house just as much. This whole encounter was luckily recorded by the woman's front door camera and has found its way around the internet. In fact, the woman also captioned her video as: "When your cat greats all the Amazon driver. Listen to her hello!"

As we all know, the internet loves animal stories and so the comments section was full of love. A lot of the users said that the cat sounded like an anime character called Emu Otori. @w.mo_0 said, "Why does that cat sound like, 'Hello I am Emu Otori, emu meaning smile!'" Another user, @that__bitch6969, said, "Awe he really went back to pet her!" All things said and done, animals make life better, much like they made this delivery man's day!
