Certain advancements in technology can be a big blessing for people. People get to experience things that could have been difficult otherwise. A cancer survivor who is about to become a mom this year had a similar experience because of a special bracelet. The bracelets come in pairs. The mom wears one, while her surrogate wears the other. Whenever the baby kicks, the surrogate taps her bracelet so the mom can feel it too in a special way, as per Kyndall, who goes by @kyndall.melise on TikTok.

"My surrogate taps her bracelet every time my baby kicks and then mine vibrates and lights up," the woman shared with a video of her bracelet blinking. "I get to feel my baby, just in a different way. It's so magical." The caption to the video read, "This is my pregnancy must-have!" The video received more than 1.2 million views and over 84.8k likes. People took to the comments section of the video to appreciate the beautiful gadget and the joy that it was bringing to the mom in such a simple but meaningful way. "I’m so grateful. Every surrogate and IP needs this. My husband and I take turns with it, too. It’s so special," Kyndall added in the comments.

@gikrsa wrote, "This would also be nice for dads/partners to feel more connected with their baby, especially while away as well! Love this." @sammamabear commented, "Omg! That’s a great idea! I’m 12 weeks into my first journey and I’ve been trying to think of ways to help make them feel more involved!" @alexisfink_ felt, "I was a surrogate in 2023 and I think having to update my intended parents every time the baby kicked during work, family outings, my personal time, etc., would be too much, honestly… I found other ways to connect during our journey together." @ags9013 shared, "Me and my IPs last journey did this! The mom told me she & the dad loved to sit together at night and feel their bracelet together. I loved them so much. Their daughter is almost 2 years old now!"

In another video, the mom called it her "favorite invention ever" as it keeps her connected with her surrogate. "Every random vibration makes my whole day. Shoutout to Bond Touch Watches," Kyndall expressed. "Intended parents during surrogacy can be involved too, so glad sweet babe is 18 weeks now so we can use these!" the woman wrote in January. According to yet another video, the woman was diagnosed with endometrial cancer at 29 and had to go through a complete hysterectomy as there isn't much research about treatment for young people. Unfortunately, the woman started menopause at that time because of her surgery and treatment and couldn't have kids.

In another similar story, a grandmother gave birth to her granddaughter via surrogacy. The 51-year-old woman, Julie Loving, served as a gestational surrogate for her daughter and son-in-law and delivered a healthy baby girl in 2020, as per Good Morning America. Breanna and Aaron Lockwood had been trying to have a child since 2016, but after multiple attempts to get pregnant, treatments, surgeries, and miscarriages later, the couple's doctor suggested that surrogacy might be their best option. Breanna's mom, Loving, was healthy and volunteered to do it for the couple but was met with a little resistance from her daughter. Soon enough, she convinced her after a doctor's visit together and gave birth to Baby Briar Juliette Lockwood.
