The cost of getting the box removed was $35. But when they spotted a postal address printed on it, they had a brilliant plan to settle the score

The day couldn’t have been more eventful for Jade M (@missgts) and her business partner, Kerry, when their eyes fell upon a big, mysterious cardboard box someone had abandoned in their dumpster. While at work for their company (@imaginevinylaus) on March 20, the duo contemplated the best ways to get it out of their property. The cost of getting the box removed would be $35 and seemed quite unfair. That's when they had a lightbulb moment. Pasted on the box was a paper slip with the postal address of the stranger printed on it. A brilliant plan materialized in their head. In an Instagram video, Jade revealed what seems like the perfect plot for a movie about karmic justice delivered in a poetic style.
Staring at the address, Jade and Kerry decided to pull a 'back to Sender' trick. The unsuspecting individual who had filled their dumpster was about to get it right back in the most hilarious manner. The idea was to invest $6 to post the box via mail instead of having to squander away $35.
“So we are going to spend the $6 that is going to cost on the courier to post this back to her instead of paying the $35 that it would cost for us to leave it in our bin,” Jade said, standing in what appears to be their workstation. Fitted on the wall on the other side was a white rack with shelves stacked with colorful fabrics. Here and there were some workbenches and craft supplies. Somewhere among the benches, the large cardboard box is sitting on the floor. A woman with the bun, Kerry, is seen jostling the box around.
Zooming into one of the flaps of the cardboard box, the video revealed a handwritten message Jade and her friend had scrawled there. “It is cheaper for us to post this back to you than for us to pay to have our dumpster emptied.” A free tip was added for the culprit: “Please do not put your waste in other people’s bins, especially when we have to pay for the disposables.” That's when their next lightbulb moment happens.
They mused that they should fill the box with more rubbish, adding some of their own to settle the score with the one who dumped it. Jade speculated that it was probably a husband who was sitting in a car and saw their dumpster and decided to abandon the box there. As she spoke, her friend furiously pulled out a black trash bin and tossed its contents into the box. They then proceeded to dump more of their trash into this stranger's box, at which point, the video cut out.
A viewer asked how she was so sure that the address on the label was the address of the actual person who dumped it. The box could have been passed through several hands. In reply to the comment, Jade revealed that the box was supposed to carry a chair. The original chair packing was still inside the box, indicating it hadn’t been used for anything else. Someone quipped that an unsuspecting victim might have delivered the box.

Too excited for the climax, @waiwaizmama said they need them to put a camera in the box so “we can see her face when she reads it. Include a free glitter bomb.” With flames of revenge glimmering in her eyes, Jade’s housemate proclaimed, “It’s one thing to go dumpster diving and take stuff out, but to leave stuff? Hell no.” Phew!
