Siana Louise (@sianalouise) claims that the United States is the best country in the world, even better than her home country. Louise, a British woman who travels with her partner James, has visited twenty-seven countries, from the Caribbean to Barbados to Southeast Asia. But to her, nothing comes close to the United States. In a May 12, 2026, TikTok video, she expressed her love for America and listed some of the things she loves about her favorite country

Americans, you're lucky

“I was well and truly born in the wrong country,” Louise confessed in the video. She believes that she belongs in the US, where she recently rescued a puppy in Florida and brought her home to the UK. She proclaimed that everything in the US beats anything she might have ever experienced elsewhere. “You can get every single landscape, every single climate; you can get everything in the US – the people, the food, the landscapes, the cars, the trucks,” Louise described enthusiastically. Moreover, she addressed the American viewers and said they are lucky to live in this country, which she has fallen in love with. “I wish I were there, guys, honestly," she added.

Louise is an avid fan of America, and her social media can attest to that. She often posts videos of herself exploring the country. From ducking in an American lagoon to visiting the country's beautiful Yosemite National Park and traversing the dreamy lanes of Key West, Louise has done it all. "America is so beautiful," she said in an Instagram reel, while standing with a backdrop of the Great Smoky Mountains. She described the view as "an explosion of colours," and added that Mother Nature has blessed the country with beauty.

Standing above the rest

Like Louise, roughly half of the people (49%) across 24 countries view the US in a favorable light, according to a survey by the Pew Research Center. The majority of people from countries such as Brazil, Hungary, Japan, Kenya, Nigeria, Poland, and South Korea also hold a favorable view of the company. In fact, 50% says the democracy works best in the US. Another survey by the same organization revealed that two-in-ten Americans reported that the U.S. “stands above all other countries in the world.” About half (52%) said the U.S. is “one of the greatest countries."

Meanwhile, in the comments, thousands of Americans appreciated Louise. For instance, @jimbeaux commented, “As Americans, we do take what we have for granted sometimes, but having traveled to different countries, we are, hands down, the luckiest of them all!” @grayspacewatcher echoed Louise’s sentiment, “Yes, it's amazing! From lobster town to the tropics, to winter wonderland, to the mountains. Huge assortment!”
